I am really worried Madonna is going to have an on stage incontinence accident really soon....and those undies look HUGE! Sad music by a person who should spend less time doing onstage impersonations of a 1980's 20yr old and more time trying to save her marriage, and Africa.

Hard to believe it's been twenty five years since Cyndi Lauper burst onto the scene with "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun". Even harder to believe her career trajectory, especially considering another young singer who surfaced around that time(and was considered even more of a flash in the pan than Lauper) went on to become the most successful female artist of all time. Yep, while Madonna went on to basically conquer the pop world, Lauper(a far more gifted vocalist) went on to release so-so albums(uh A NIGHT TO REMEMBER, "I Drove All Night" and "Heading West" notwithstanding) and act in REALLY bad movies (VIBES anyone? I was so excited to see this album, that I purchased it on the spot...full price! I quickly popped it into my car and couldn't believe my ears. Her voice is gone...shot. It's not just the title song, it is every song. Poor breath management, poor intonation. I was so embarrassed for her. I can't imagine why she would have released such a poor representation of her once HUGE talent. I didn't like the lyrics, or the music. The entire thing was a disappointment. Once I arrived at a friend's house to pick her up, I said, "listen to this". I started the album again and handed her the jewel case. She looked at me in shock and said, "Poor thing must have no friends, or they would have told her not to release this album." It is THAT bad. I wish I could have gotten my money back.

I bought it for the song Mercy, after listening to it, all the songs on the CD are good. Well worth the purchase.

What a fantastic voice! I loved, loved, loved the whole CD. There was not one bad song on the whole CD. I am watching for her next one.

I became officially a Mariah detractor in the last years( with the exception of the great We belong Together ...a masterpiece ). I bought E=MC2 in April because I was buying other Cds and felt bad about not buying it along with the others. I didn't like Touch my Body. For me it is a stupid song and a stupid video. Therefore, the CD was left untouched among several others. However, the first time that I listened I Stay in Love, For the record and I wish you well, I felt that the CD was " Not that bad after all" . Since them, I have discovered Bye Bye and Side Effects. These are the 5 songs that gave me back the faith in Mariah. The one I like the most of them is "I Stay in Love " a beautiful song with a nice beat, catchy lyrics and a heartbreaking finale, that only Mariah can sing. This song is really hard ... Read More

I will keep it simple, short and sweet. These tunes totally took me back to when I first heard the yellow album. This one just has that feel like it's 1979.

I will never buy another Coldplay album without hearing it first. This is the best example of a "DBB" (download it before buying it) album. I can understand how a band should evolve and not repeat themselves. From The Beatles to Depeche Mode we have seen bands changing their style album after album but STILL each album is great. Tough I didn't expect another A Rush of Blood album I sure expected great melodies or complex arrangements. None of this is found here. Sure, "VIVA LA VIDA" is one of the greatest songs of this years and one of Coldplay's best, but do we have to go all through an album of dull "songs" just to have one or at the most 2 great songs?? I can't believe this is the same Brian Eno that produced such gems with Bowie and Talking Heads. I guess a producer can't do much when the artist lacks completes ... Read More

I play portions of it almost everyday. My favorites are Labels or Love, How Do you Mend a Broken Heart, and of course the rock classic Walk This Way. Even if you didn't see the movie, it's a fun CD to have in your collection.
