The software was quite an improvement over the previous version I had. The Amazon process for purchase and delivery went smooth. They delivered ahead of schedule. The only flaw was that 3 weeks later they dropped the price almost $20. Who knew?! I would have waited! Oh well!!

I installed the full version of Vista Home Premium SP1; installed Photoshop CS3, Illustrator CS2, Acrobat 8 Pro, MS Office, Oblivion, Expression Web 2, and other assorted programs, checked em' all and they worked with no problems. My hardware from the hard drives to video cards to printer and scanner and Digitech GX4 were all installed with no problem. Security software installed flawlessly and seems to work well. Then came the exciting part... activation!!! I hit the activation button and hauled a$$ in case this thing blew! Nothing happened. Thank goodness someone still had this item. I bought it because I do not like Vista. My computer crashed and lost everything. Had to start over. This was very easy to install and works like a charm. No problems at all. I would do it all over again in a minute if I had to.

I've had Parallels 3.0 for about a year now. I would NOT recommend this product to anyone. Not only does running my Win XP virtual machine constantly crash my MacBook Pro (I have to do a hard reboot), but I also frequently get out of virtual memory Monitor PE error messages. I have 4GB of RAM!!!! I have to reboot my MacBook and restart Parallels to get it going again. I emailed Parallels' tech support when I first got the product and NEVER heard back from them. Finally, various manufacturers' drivers CD auto installers will not run in Parallels. I had to manually load printer drivers, etc. I got so sick and tired of Paralles crashing that I finally tried VMWare Fusion 2 for the past couple of weeks and so far, so good. The worst film I've seen in a long time. Senseless violence, one-dimensional characters and outright racist portrayals of arabs. Robert Downey Jr. shows the emotional range of an earthworm. He wisecracks stone-faced throughout, although doesn't seem to care one way or the other what happens to him or anyone around him. The one opportunity for redemption falls flat, as there's no real change after the press conference. The romantic interest is forced and uncomfortable. You have to sit through two hours of tepid "build-up" before Iron Man actually battles a bad guy. Let's hope this is the last we see from this group.

there are a TON of options, almost too many. i've had this for a couple of weeks and am still running into things i didn't know it would do! being able to CATEGORIZE your emails is nice; if you flag them they pop up when you start Outlook as reminders. there is so much to say about it i could go on an on .. suffice it to say this is a really nice upgrade from the old outlook .. this was a real treat for me. PLUS .. AMAZON HAD THE BEST PRICE AROUND .. even CHEAPER THAN WAL MART!!! Don't think twice, just go ahead an buy it .. you won't regret it. Seriously.

I thought this would be worth a try since it came included with Qwest DSL service, and reviews here seemed generally positive. It did not work well on my 7-year old system, though. After a couple weeks struggling with it, I finally was able to uninstall it. First of all, this requires a lot of RAM. My system was doing OK, but getting a bit low on RAM at 384 MB until I installed this. With Windows Live OneCare installed it wanted around 500 MB just to boot up--even while not running anything. So it was using Virtual Memory and paging like crazy, with the CPU pegged at 100%, even after I let it sit for hours, thinking it just needed to run an initial scan. In all seriousness, even with LOWERED EXPECTATIONS (I had heard this movie wasn't very good) the fourth Indiana Jones movie completely underwhelmed me. I kept waiting for a good action scene (Shia Lebuff jousting with a Russian dominatrix on a car does not count) or an interesting plotline or some kind of payoff...NOTHING. This movie is so far removed from the classic first two films (BTW, count me among those who loved Temple of Doom with its breakneck speed, thrills, general creepiness, etc.). Now, I did not have any problem with the extraterrestrial stuff, as there was plenty of supernatural mumbo jumbo in the first three films...however, the "quest" in this movie LED TO NOTHING!!!
