I absolutely love my Flip Ultra Camcorder! I highly recommend it! I am one of those people who just wants something handy for those special moments that just jump up and demand video. I hate lugging anything big around and this fits in my purse perfectly. I don't expect to make movies like DeMille or Spielberg, I just want to record family and fun and this fits the bill! I bought the mini flip-video camera to make Youtube movies. I love the camera. The tripod was very tiny, smaller than I expected. The tripod can be used to point the little camcorder at its target, but the camera is so small and easy to use, I found that I really do not need the tripod. The camera can be set on anything and get the same results. It's nice to have the tripod, just in case, but for me, it is basically useless.

The first time I took the camera case out in the ocean, it leaked and ruined my camera. It took two months for customer service to get back to me once I sent my camera and case in. I haven't got the case back nor a refund. That was almost five months ago now. Friendly advice, do not buy this product. Flip camera itself works great.

Bought 4 minos (Amazon had the best price), one for each of my adult children and one for my sister! It keeps us all connected! My sister is retired and RVs so she shares the wide-open spaces as she travels. Nothing beats viewing the grandkids on video almost instantly! I feel pretty smart with my Christmas shopping this year.

It wasn't easy finding a white, 3 foot USB extension to match my iMac keyboard. This one is perfect, it's somewhat heavy duty (compared to the cable running from the keyboard). Just right when you need a little extra cable length, but don't want excessive wires cluttering up your space.

Wit all the battery hungry cameras this item is a must have. A lot less expensive in the long run than buying alkaline batteries every time you turn around. Come with car charger also.

This pack comes with 3 skins which fit the classic camcorder. They are cute, easy to put on, fun. I just fold the upper half of the skin down to plug the camera into my computer and slip it off if I need to change the batteries. I currently have the orange skin on and it makes it so much easier to locate the camera than when it was just plain white. It also keeps all the crumbs and stuff out of the camera parts when the camera is tucked in the baby bag or with other kids' stuff. All these bad reviews are by people who got them for the wrong camera. They are Unfair reviews, in my opinion - and I have no stock in this company! It's a GREAT product!
