This machine is wonderful! I have been battling rosacea for the past several years and thought the Claironic might help. I am using the delicate brush. My skin continued to appear still reddened with bumps even after 3-4 weeks of use, but there was improvement in that the pores were smaller. I then bought an expensive name brand cleanser and moisturizer for "sensitive skin" and it brought minimal improvement. The label on these products all read like a chemistry lab (except for the clairisonic cleanser). I looked up some of the ingredients from the store products for sensitive skin on an MSDS sheet and some were listed as "severe skin irritants" and even had "mutagenic effects". I really don't understand what the big deal is about the Skin Care System. I ordered this at the beginning of the year after I couldnt find any Exfoliating pads at any of my local stores. It cleans and feels neat but I dont notice a difference. I recently went to target and again I was reunited with my lovely exfoliating pads. I can tell they work alot better and only cost me $5 a pack. I think everyone jumped on the band wagon because Oprah made it one of her favorite things.

I love the brush, it's really nice! After use it, my face is so clean! And, the pink is just lovely! Unfortunately, I cannot apply the code to get the free brush head as amazon advertised.

I'll admit that I have thought about purchasing this item since it was released, but seeing Oprah rave about it put me over the top. I have never watched a full episode (seriously) but I saw that she was going to announce her favorite tech gadget so I was intrigued. After seeing her and Jeff Bezos talk about their Kindle's and seeing how small and compact they were, I had to have one so I ordered it during the show. And then I ordered a 2nd one 5 minutes later after figuring out that my wife would never let me use the one that I purchased. It is extremely difficult if not impossible to determine what brush heads to order for your Sonicare toothbrush. The official Sonicare site isn't much help; they don't even have very good pictures of their products. I ordered these brush heads, but who knows if they will work. Also, the Sonicare toothbrush that my son uses has a faulty seal where the brush head meets the base, so that gunk builds up in the crevices inside. Looks like the same gunk that happens on the special brush head holder.

Yes, the price is cheaper here - BUT, you won't get the 2-year warranty associated with this product offered by CLARISONIC, nor can you register the product. The CLARISONIC is a great product, works as it says it claims, etc. A better deal with NO warranty? Not in my book. BUYERS SHOULD BE AWARE OF THIS when ordering on Amazon!
