I am a fan of Starbucks Green Tea Lattes, so I thought if I bought this and mixed it with milk myself, it would be basically the same thing. Unfortunately this wasn't the case. If you're looking for the same thing, this isn't for you. It tastes more like a Green Tea Latte from Seattle's Best (which I don't care for). It's also a really disgusting brown color, not bright green. It did not come in the packaging shown here. Basically this is a syrupy brown liquid, both too weak on the green tea flavor and too sweet. It tastes even more artificial than the drinks at Starbucks.

When I first got this container of Matcha I thought it was a lot to pay for such a small container. Let me tell you..a little bit goes a long way! Matcha green tea is also much more flavourful than brewing tea from a teabag. I have also found many recipes that call for green tea powder and this has worked out well. I would say the price I paid is well worth the wonderful matcha that I purchased.

Forget about just using it with milk and hot water, I put it in smoothies even when I put acai and other fruits in. I was just disappointed the way they shipped it, in a USPS Priority Mail envelope. They charge almost $10 for shipping, and I would expect it to come at least in a box, not just squeezed into a thin cardboard envelope. Otherwise, no complaints about the product, delicious.

Ordered the item on the 7th.. wasnt shipped until the 14th!! WAY BEHIND THE ESTIMATED ARRIVAL DATE! They did not offer any compensation for my inconvenience. When asked if they would express ship the item, they responded "since we use proirity mail there is no guarenteed arrival date". RIDICULOUS. I got this item FINALLY on Friday Oct. 17th (10 days after it was ordered... 5 days after the promised time frame) Product is just so-so. It only comes in a silver packaging, with a home-made looking logo on the bag. No Nutritional info, no ingredients. The communication was also very poor. took 2 emails befoe i got a response.
