I bought this amazing flowering tea set for my child's teacher as a holiday gift. The kids are all so amazed with the tea flower blooming and the flavor that they are now having flowering tea day at school. I'm going to get some great video and post a video review. I love the quality of the teapot and the kids love watching the flower opening. They are soo much fun to watch. Great great great product.

Primula Flowering Black/Earl Grey tea is an excellent tea during tea time. Each ball can make 2 pots of tea. The flowers tend to naturally sweeten the tea so no sugar is needed, yet it is not too sweet. The blooming flower is an excellent conversation piece. I highly recommend it for the discriminating tea drinker and beginners alike.

I served these for my child's birthday at his school. This was the kids favorite flavor. The white tea has a very mild caffeine level so its much better than soda for the kids.

The glass is fine and thin so it feels very fragile; if you're washing by hand, make sure you handle it gently as it can easily break. However fragile it may feel, the mug and all its parts are dishwasher safe as well as microwaveable. Just as the directions indicate, you put your favorite loose tea into the infuser and you let it rest on the lip of the glass mug while you pour hot water into both infuser and mug. Invert the lid and now it acts as a coaster for the infuser. Everything is artfully designed, fits in well and looks simple and beautiful. I fell in love with flowering green teas from our local tea shoppe, but I was very dismayed with the price ($4/ball!!!). I was elated to find this listing since it amounts to about $1.50 per tea ball and it tastes great, better than what we get at the fancy store. It has a light delicate flavor that doesn't get bitter at all! You can make five pots of tea without degradation of flavor or any increase in bitterness. Highly recommended!
