It works, but you need to follow the 2-3 times daily routine for it to work. You can run through the 60 uses pretty quickly at that rate.

I thought this would be better than my tried-and-true Revlon tool for removing skin bumps, but it does not work. Except, maybe, as a lemon zester? I think I'll sterilize it and put it in my kitchen drawer. Also, Tweezerman's guarantee is not customer friendly.

This book provides extremely useful scientific based knowledge regarding general health and specifically skin health as it relates to nutrition. Many references are provided and no "too good to be true" gimmicks are thrown at you. Very refreshing in a time where many books are linked to a money grab of some sort, or false information. I am not completely done the book yet but have already gained much useful information.

These are the best tweezers I've ever had. They have a very fine point and require little effort to compress.

I did a lot of reading about using red and blue light to help acne. There is a lot on the Web, but they ALL say that it is best to use them separately -- otherwise you get purple light, which doesn't do anything. Verilux has been selling these for years and have NO clinical data on this particular product - according to their customer service people - they only refer to some old research that was NOT done with their product -- DON'T BUY IT!!

I never had much acne growing up, but it would seem that each little pimple left a mark on my face. Most of the people I know kept telling me that the scars were "barely" noticeable.
