The software was quite an improvement over the previous version I had. The Amazon process for purchase and delivery went smooth. They delivered ahead of schedule. The only flaw was that 3 weeks later they dropped the price almost $20. Who knew?! I would have waited! Oh well!!

Everything was organized as all of these books are, regardless of the subject, and that was like talking to a welcome friend. Everything was easy to find as long as I knew the right questions to ask. I also use this software at my work and it was a double help in that.

The product has very basic information. I purchased the book to find out how to do many things within Office Outlook and the information was simply not there. I was looking to learn how to manage and update my "Archive Folder" it didn't have the information available. Disappointing based upon the cost.

I am pleased with the companies notification to me that my copy was damaged in shipping. Unfortunately, they did not have a replacement for me. They were very prompt in informing me of the "BAD" news. I had downloaded a trial version from microsoft to "test drive" the program and it works great. Thanks.

Great product. Purchasing was easy and quick. Bought from a new vendor, but very pleased. If you buy Elements 6 there is a book called "Teach yourself visually" by Mike Wooldridge that is really simple to follow.

I was forced to upgrade to 2008 or I would no longer be able to get payroll updates or email invoices. Despite paying each year for a payroll subscription on top of paying for the 2008 upgrade I did not need or want, I can not email invoices, can only print sometimes, and the payroll function malfunctioned and paid all of my employees their gross earnings without taking out any taxes. Was unable to get any support. They wanted to charge me to talk to someone even though it was their own product that was broken. I have lost thousands of dollars in unbillable time spent cleaning up their mess and now have to find another way to send my invoices. THIS COMPANY DESERVES TO GO BANKRUPT - THEY SUCK IN EVERY WAY.

I love Symantec's Norton Internet Security! I've been using this to protect my computer since 2002, and haven't had any problems. As soon as I installed this 2008 version, Symantec sent me a message letting me know a free upgrade was available to the 2009 version! Plus, I received this item earlier than expected. I couldn't be any happier! Thanks!

Purchased OneNote for my new Tablet Laptop for school.
First time I tried it, the pen featured kept disabling itself stating "Windows XP tablet edition SP required". Um, ok I have that preinstalled on the laptop. Formated my machine and put a still steamy new copy of XP tablet edition back on. Nada. Upgrade to SP3, nada. Most people have had little problems with this app, but if you are like me and roll the dice wrong. You are boned, there is NOTHING out there to help you and Microsoft just says "We cannot clarify what or if there is a problem. Thank you."

I too was forced to upgrade to 2008 from quicken 2005 because they were discontinuing support of bank updates, etc.

After 13 years with the software, I have never had a problem with an upgrade until now. There are bugs in the software that have caused my accounts from 2006 to be unreconciled (they were fine before the upgrade). Quicken ignored my first two contacts with support (I have them two months to respond each time). I finally sat for 90 minutes with a "chat consultant" who did not understand how Quicken worked.

I am not sure what I can do now, they won't support their own product and I have to find something else and hope I can get all the data transferred.

I would not recommend investing in Quicken if you are just starting, maybe Microsoft Money cares if ... Read More
