This works great, holds the pads down so puppy won't play with them. Keeps the floor clean too. Just the right size for our Chihuahua.

Although the size is clearly indicated in the description, I have since discovered that even for a very small puppy this size isn't sufficient. We have a two pound yorkiepoo and this size pad is not recommended by me if you are going to leave your dog alone even for only a couple of hours. I would definitely recommend the next size up, as we have found that our little yorkie"POO" can make quite a mess in just a short while. They have to step onto the pad, and once they have eliminated once, they will step in whatever is already there as the pad is not as absorbant as I would have wanted.

I stumbled upon this book over 14 years ago when we got our Scottish Terrier puppy. He was 3 months old at the time. I bought this book with great hope since my husband and I work F/T. I work 5-10 min. away so I could get home at lunchtime. I was truly amazed on how quickly and efficiently these techniques worked. McDuff only had 3 accidents ever until he got to be a senior. I lent this book to an old co-worker years later who adopted a pitbull. I never got the book back because she passed it on to others as well. She was amazed also! Sadly, McDuff was put down a year and a half ago from Canine Lymphoma at the ripe old age of 12. Just a few days ago, we got Ripley - a Mini Schanuzer. You sure can teach an old dog a new trick! My dog, Greta, who is old, half blind and slow moving immediately took to this pad holder. No more messes on the floor because the pads would leak. I highly recommend this product to anyone who has a dog that stays home alone while you are away at work. It is well made and stays in place on the floor. Other pad holders I looked at were very cheap in materials and flimsy. This one has snap closures on the sides to keep the pad flat and from moving around when the dog steps on it. Buy it, it is well worth the money.

wish we had found out about this pen earlier. We love the fact that we can move this pen anywhere in our house. The pen is very sturdy and flexible at the same time. Our shih tzu thinks he has moved into the White House compared to his crate.

These are the best pads but what happened to the price? They also used to be eligible for Prime. My dog is litter-box trained and these were what we used because they really are great. They are way too expensive now though. The earth friendly ones are cheaper and aren't bad at all.

This item "works" but my dog does not like it - after a month of trying to get him used to it, he still won't let me file his nails with it. I will keep trying but I'm not optimistic.

This item would work well if your child is in the crawling stage. However, if your child is walking then this is not for them. My son is able to push the gate where he wants it. And because it is so light he is also able to pick it up and escape.
