I just got this product yesterday and the delivery is so fast, which is even beyond my expectation. Also, this device looks cool and the sound effect is very excellent.

Microsoft LifeCam VX-3000 pack was new and arrived as product was described. I gave this as a gift, and am not aware of any defects. Delivery was speedy, but I paid for two day service.

It is so easy to install. Now I can talk and see my family at the same time. Everyone lives in different states and it feels like they're in your home. The picture and voice are very clear. Well worth the money.

This web cam works well. But, it is hard to intall it because of poor driver. Except that one, it is one of best web-cam. To be caucious, its microphone is very sensitive.

I found these hurt my ears after 15-20 mins. They worked well and the sound quality wasn't bad over skype, but the uncomfortable design is a significant setback.

Plenty of people are writing reviews saying this works with Vista, but not specifying if they are using 32- or 64-bit Vista. Personally, I could not get it working in 64 bit Vista (can't speak for 32 bit Vista). In 32 bit XP however, it worked fine, and worked great. Good purchase if you are not running Vista 64, as far as I can tell.

This product is OK it took a little while to make it work through Skype. The video has a lot of snow for that reason I would rather use a laptop that has a Quickcam built in!

This is an ok camera. I havent had a web camera for about 5 years and this camera is only mildly better than that one. Videos are ok, a little choppy so if you plan on moving...beware. the sound is excellent though. The pictures are grainy and dont compare to cameras in laptops like Mac. You pretty much have to be right next to a window mid day to get a good picture without it looking cheap. I say if you want it as a just in case you want to video chat type of camera...good choice. If you have a vlog or do a lot of important video chats I'd upgrade.

Well priced, easy to install and use, lightweight and durable, overall a great buy. Only problem was it would search for connectivity even though it was inches away from the USB key... Not sure what thats about but it doesn't happen often.
