I visited a boutique food cafe where I had the opportunity to do a complete balsamic vinegar tasting of high end vinegars. This was the best and until you do a tasting, you can not believe the difference in taste. Since I fell in love with it, the shop discontinued the Elsa so I have purchased it a couple of times online. It's well worth it!!

This is very good extra virgin olive oil, but it is not significantly better than the stuff I buy at the local grocery store. If it were only a couple of bucks more, I'd buy it exclusively. But it's a lot more. So, I won't be buying it again.

This is one of the best 20-year balsamic vinegars for the price. I'm American-Italian with a fussy palate inherited from my Dad, and this sweet, syrupy balsamic is amazing on salads, fruits, vegetables ..... just about anything you can think of. I don't use it in cooking or marinating because it seems wasteful to me. Try it - I think you'll enjoy it! Ciao Tutti !!

I can't put into words how amazing this book is. I can no longer feel sorry for myself and my health problems. Most of us don't really think about what we put into our bodies. This book explains in an easy to understand way exactly what goes on inside our bodies. Of course you know that soda and cookies are bad for you...but do you know why? Now that I understand how those "foods" will affect me I don't really want to eat them. No more excuses. This book is worth owning...I have read it twice and frequently use it to look up information. If it saves you even one trip to the doctor it has paid for itself.

I bought this spinner to replace my old pull cord version. That cord was always flopping out of the cupboard and being generally annoying. I love how this version is self contained and you can push the pump down and lock it in place for storage. Dries my greens quickly!

I've recently made efforts to eat better and, let me tell you, ALL of Bob's Red Mill products are a godsend. Quinoa is easy to make, versatile, and packs some serious health benefits. The package it comes in doesn't look like much but the seeds cook up to 4 times their size, easily. So a little goes a long way both in that sense and that it's pretty filling too! I use it as a side dish, in soups and stews, and I imagine that with the right ingredients it could be used for breakfast as well! I'm a carb addict and this, while not low carb, is definitely better than the empty and processsed carbs that I used to eat. If you're looking for a low carb option that's similar to rice, check out TVP granules. Only 3 effective carbs per serving and even easier to make than this stuff!
