I purchased these replacement bands with the Oster nail grooming tool. My only complaint is that the directions are unclear and very limited. A call to the customer service number provided in the literature resulted in the following comment from them: "Ma'am, we are not dog groomers. You would have to ask a professional dog groomer how to use this tool." After much trial and error, I have it figured out now. My formerly skittish dogs sit perfectly still as the tool hums and whirls and shortens and shapes their nails. I highly recommend it....if you can figure out how to use it on your own.

This item "works" but my dog does not like it - after a month of trying to get him used to it, he still won't let me file his nails with it. I will keep trying but I'm not optimistic.

The only reason I have given this book 2 stars is that it contains really lovely pictures. Beyond that, I am appalled by the content of the book. The "trainer" advocates negative reinforcement as a training tool, which is not only an ineffective technique, it is harmful to the dog/owner bond. The proper way to effectively train an animal, whether you're teaching it to sit, stay, or not poop on your bed, is through positive reinforcement and association. "Bopping" an animal's face or shoving its nose/head down into the posture you want it to adopt is completely stupid. Frontline Plus has always kept my dogs flea and tick free. In addition, it is odorless and less oily than other products I have tried. I have never found a better price for it than at Amazon.com.

I thought It was going to be hard just when I saw the Clipper, I was very scared I was gonna messed up my schnauzer's cut but not at all it was very confortable and preety easy and for the price it was even better now I dnt have to waste 51 dollars in my pets groomer anymore!!! IM SOOO HAPPY WITH THIS!!!

On 08/06/2008, I purchased these sander bands at the same time I purchased the Dremel 750-02 Minimite 13,000 RPM 2 Speed 4.8-Volt Cordless Rotary Tool. However the sander bands do not fit this tool. Amazon's Web-site did not clearly state otherwise. MCox, San Diego, CA
