I was really impressed with this light. I turned off the lights and walked around with it and some areas in my home were a mess! Especially by the garbage can in the kitchen and on the thresholds of doors. My entire home has brown tile floor, so it is difficult to find cat barf sometimes if they do it in an out-of-the-way area and it dries. This light lit all the areas up bright as day! I turned off the lights in the room I was working in and walked around with a bucket and sponge. I was able to thoroughly clean all the areas that floresced. I would recommend this to all my friends with pets or children!

If your pet engages in, er, "inappropriate elimination," normal cleaners don't do the trick to get the smell out. This stuff works pretty well, although it seems to take a few days for the smell to really fade. I believe there are other similar products that may work just as well, but I liked this one because I was able to purchase it for a good price ... and I got a handheld UV light at the same time. I got a kick out of crawling around the house like Grissom from CSI, looking for all the cat pee. Of course, the thrill of that activity wears thin after a while.

I have tried just about all cat odor removers including vinegar and this works the best. It has not only neutralizing enzymes but bacteria as well to help eliminate the odors. It takes about 2 days to work completely. Dr Foster-Smiths has an odor remover with similar chemicals but this one is much cheaper and is more effective.

Really works well. Dog seems to shed less and my cat loves it. He is hacking up less hairballs. Thank you.

I adopted a new cat. My old cat, Bellea, wasn't taking to her well after I went through the "proper steps" of introducing them (slowly, etc). Bellea started loosing her fur and just in general was moody (ie: suddenly didn't want to be held). I took her to the vet twice. 1st time she got a cortisone shot since he thought it could be allergies. 2nd time, she still wasn't getting better, he figured it must be the other cat. He said you could try Feliway, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I figured it was worth the shot (and since it's almost half the price of PetSmart it didn't seem like a bad deal). After shampooing my cat pee smelling carpet with another product, the carpet still reeked of cat pee. So, I saturated the carpet with Simple Solutions, let it sit for 15 minutes, then used a carpet shampooer to clean the carpet. The carpet still smells of cat pee! What a waste of money!

We have our house for sale and cannot show it with poop stains on the rug so it was an emergency visit to the local Ace hardware. In stock they has Ace 6 in 1 carpet cleaner so I picked it up.
