I love this product because it's glass and the pyrex lids always seal very well, but just be aware that the containers are a little bit smaller than you think. Still a good value.

Lids fit perfect after several washings in the dishwasher(top shelf). Great for microwave. Hot to Cold and Cold to Hot.

This is a much needed part of baking - finally, a huge measuring cup which also doubles as a mixing bowl. The Pyrex name is known for excellent cooking supplies. And the free shipping from Amazon is much appreciated, especially during these times of high fuel costs.

The reason I bought these is that they have a 1/2 TBSP (same thing as 1 1/2 tsp.) measure, and was happily surprised to see that they also include 2/3 and 3/4 C measures. Very handy, but just be careful that you don't use 2/3 instead of 1/2 like I did the first time you use them- it's easy to get the sizes mixed up. I took the cups off of the hook- too hard to clean. Otherwise they hold up well- we have a family of nine and they get used like mad.

I just love it ! Great quality and really big ! It is not very heavy so it's easy to move around and turn while you mix but it is also stable enough and does not move all over the counter. Great value too !

This is a very easy to use scale. It is a very good basic scale that can handle up to 5KG. The weight platform is not removable, so beware of water getting underneath the plateform. That would be my only concern.

I bought these because of all of the reports about plastics leaking into your food when you microwave plastic containers. Best purchase ever! The variety of sizes are perfect. The lids fit very tight, which is great when you're transporting soup as I often do in the winter. I use them almost daily!

I love how these spoons are made. They are thick, so they don't break easily. I just wish that the spoon had a measurement of one-eighth tsp, but other than that they are great utensils. I will probably get the cups sometime soon. I received the spoons in a matter of days.

I know Pyrex has a lot of fans and I actually like them myself. Pyrex does have limitations and requires some work-arounds to be truly effective. First...even and proper browning of pastry crusts requires that the lower crust be precooked. It also requires that the pastry (pies, cobblers, etc.) be moved frequently during baking for even browning. This is simply a fact for this bakeware. I use both gas and electric ovens (both very modern) and must employ adaptive baking techniques when using Pyrex. Second...Pyrex retains heat at a higher temp, longer than metallic bakeware. Pyrex right out of the oven will stay near baking temp, even on a cooling rack for sometimes 10 minutes. I tried this with an empty dish and tested with a laser thermo gun.
