Love this product. This gum is good for dental health and yet it tastes good. The xylitol sugar is a type of sugar that fights stuff sticking to your teeth And unlike other sugar alcohols (some fruit sweeteners) it tastes good.

This particular version of Spry gum is actually dangerous to anyone who is allergic to Cinnamon Oil. It contains a lot of Cinnamon Oil, which caused a major allergic reaction in my mouth and throat. My gums, tongue, and cheeks were swollen up for ~36 hours. It was scary because my throat almost closed up completely making it difficult to breathe. This happened on two separate occasions about one week apart. I had to toss the gum in the trash. There is no warning on the product that Cinnamon Oil is a contact allergen, and could cause anaphylactic shock. There should be a warning on the label and on the websites where it is sold. The FDA has not studied xylitol. However I have a lot of problems with oral thrush, fungal based ear infections, stomach distress, etc. This product not only replaces sugar for me, but it cleared up a lot of my symptoms. There are some european studies that show that xylitol does kill Candida albicans in the mouth but they have a lot more research to do. I'm not sure if it will work for everyone, but for me it's been a blessing. Like someone meantioned though, pets cannot have it, it causes severe and rapid hypoglycemia in them. Also, don't binge on it unless you want to spend the day in the bathroom. I recommend this product to anyone who wants lower blood sugar, to avoid white sugar, with candida issues, and to have squeaky clean teeth.

This was a good price and now i don't have buy gum again all year. It's not my favorite brand but i know it's better for your teeth than Trident and Orbit
