I have literally not gotten one single answer out of this book. It is a dark unholy thing...just lurching into the night. Even the index is terrible in that it is extremely limited. There is not even an entry on how to use logorithmic functions. I have literally had way better luck pressing buttons in all kinds of combinations to slowly figure out how to use my graphing calculator. Even the manual that came with the unit is way better than this book. If you buy this rotten book, then plan to take up smoking. You will need to because it is extraordinarily stressful to try and find a single answer to anything out of this rotten text.

This product contains good manual itself, so you don't need to buy another book to learn how to use it. I didn't realize this so I bought a "useless" manual.

I tried three different books for the TI-83/84 series, and this was the best. It features easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions for much of what I needed to do for the pre-calculus class that I teach. I recommend this book.

I bought this book for my kid because it was recommended on mysterytutor.com, and I have to say I'm glad I did. The questions are different from what he was working on before, which was one of the Barron's books, just like the guy on the mystery tutor site said they would be. It just makes sense to use real questions to get ready for the test, especially when it's an important one. Some other reviewers have written about how the book doesn't provide solutions, and I agree that that's a problem, but if you go to the mystery tutor's forums you can get all of those solutions for free, so that way you can still use this book of real questions and not have to go with some other company's fake questions, but still have explanations. This is absolutely essential for anyone taking a Calculus class. This is especially true for later on, such as in the later half of Calc 2 and all of Calc 3. After learning how to manually evaluate integrals and differentiate, as you move on to higher level concepts the 89 titanium can be used to do these manual tasks for you, allowing you to focus on the new material and allow you to practice more without wasting time on repetitive evaluations. I love this thing, and would not take Calc and Physics without it.

I never received the product never had communication from the vendor and it put us in a terrible position. I am awaiting the refund still.

This calculator is very well put together and very sturdy. The design is also easy to use and the buttons easy to press. The calculator performs all of it's functions correctly with only a couple of hookups that are usually a result of complicated mathematics. Overall this calculator lives up to the reason that schools and others alike put their trust in this machinery.

I loved it! I was a bit confused at the end, Opal fakes Spelltropy so Artemis will steal from her? It was still an excellent instalment. Holly's line, "In another time.." Was probally my favorite quote in the book.

First off, Mr. Paolini lied to us. Trillogies are supposed to be in three volumes. He has decided to go for more money by expanding the series to four books. Secondly Brisinger has gone off the deep end in detailed descriptions of everything from every blade of grass that moves to each spatter of blood in the battles. The author has endevored to remove all imagination from the reader. He has even included chapters with no appearent purpose, ("Glumra") for instance. This was 748 pages which should have been reduced to about 350. Hopefully "book 4" will actually complete the series.
