Wow I can't believe how great Zeno works! When I feel a slight sore red bump coming up under the skin and painful to the touch, I grab my Zeno because after two times using it, the red bump all but disappears. This means no more eruptions which means no scarring. This thing is amazing. You must catch the zit early for it to fully work after two to three treatments. I've done this now at least 45-50 times because I just bought my first tip replacement. I've never seen anything work so great for me. Of course this is used in addition to good daily hygiene of washing and cleaning my face twice a day.

I never had much acne growing up, but it would seem that each little pimple left a mark on my face. Most of the people I know kept telling me that the scars were "barely" noticeable. This thinghy is so cool! I just wrote a review on another Zeno listing, but wanted to write one here too because I actually have the teal Zeno. Whatever color you get it in, Zeno works the same by keeping a consistent low heat that kills the zit! No washcloth can do that! No washcloth has ever gotten rid of my zit by the next day, with no scarring, peeling, etc. that are the result of many topicals. Zeno is definitely a "must have" beauty tool! Use it one day and the zit is gone the next! AMAZING!!! Definitely a product that is true to it's word! I guess that is why my dermatologist highly recommended it to me. I just wish I had tried it sooner!

This book provides extremely useful scientific based knowledge regarding general health and specifically skin health as it relates to nutrition. Many references are provided and no "too good to be true" gimmicks are thrown at you. Very refreshing in a time where many books are linked to a money grab of some sort, or false information. I am not completely done the book yet but have already gained much useful information.

Yes, it works. Thermaclear has been so far the best thing for my face since Proactive. After using Thermaclear for 3 days, I already notice a difference in my face. I have to preface this review with the fact that I use other skin care and health products namely Retin-A Micro, b-control, and a good moisturization regime. Also, I have sensitive and oily skin. Moreover, I have medium-dark brown skin (for a color reference it would be Bare Escentual's golden dark), so for those with skin like mine I know how important it is to hear from someone like me. For those who have not ever had a peel I would not recommend starting out with this. The skin needs time to acclimate to salicylic acid like any strong acid. However, for those who have been getting peels of %10 or more I would recommend using this peel. Follow the directions precisely. I was hopeful that it might at least help reduce my acne but I used it faithfully for a month, took the correct dosage, and it didn't work at all. Others said it took 3 to 4 weeks, maybe I should have given it more time, but I figured after a month, with my breakouts as bad as ever, I didn't want to waste another 25 bucks or so to find out.

Its amazing how something so simple can be so effective. The Perfect Pushup really doesn't change the way you do pushups, it more makes you do them more effectively. You can't cheat as easily with this, and it forces you to use the right muscles. I started adding pushups using the Perfect Pushup to the end of my workout and I definitely felt my muscles working hard to balance myself. I don't think its the "answer" to a bigger chest or stronger arms, but its definitely an added plus to anyone's normal workout regiment.

I have skin that is too sensitive for regular use of OTC acne products - I have had mild to moderate acne since I was a teenager and I am now 43. A couple years ago I read about glycolic acid and started using an OTC 10% solution which was amazing for my skin really causing it to clear up. I discovered this 35% solution and have used it three times now and my skin is looking so much better. The 10% solution is very gentle on the skin - the 35% is a little tougher but the results are faster. This is really a must-have product for me.
