This book gives you great recipes that you will do over and over. I hav boought two more books in the process because always aomeone ask me for a recipe and i found a good ocassion to give the book away. I love the rasberry coffe cake and the bananas muffins!

If you love the corners pieces when baking brownies, this is the pan for you. Not only will you enjoy more corner pieces then you thought possible, the pan is very well made. It feels like a better pan then I have ever purchased. It is a big hit with company.

I bought 2 of the muffin top pans for my sisters birthday. She had the same ideas as most other people, but then started coming up with lots of other uses......mini-cakes(douple layered), cookies, tarts, cornbread, mini cheezecakes; the list goes on and on, but one of the ideas I liked best was, make cookies, then freeze ice cream in small shallow containers, put them all together for fabulous ice cream sandwiches. Now if I could only find cup-cake top pans :-) YUMMM

Ok I enjoy a good muffin. This book delivers some nice recipes even some new twists. You can go on line and collect a ton of free muffin recipes to make your own little treasured book too. Don't ditch this book by it's cuteness or little size. Not until you've tried at least 3 recipes with in it. Then complain or not...but if you get an itty book and it's not what you wanted your fault it states it's size in advance. Read the fine print! I like the Waffle book and this one but not impressed with the Apple cookbook. For those allergic to cinnamon like myself....substitute the likes or blends of cloves/ginger/allspice/nutmeg and even lemon rind. I like the idea of this book - basic recipes for muffins with variations on each theme. I liked the helpful tips, and the recipes for toppings in the back of the book. But I have tried a fair number of recipes, and each was disappointing. The muffins lacked flavor and spice, and were heavy on the flour. None of the recipes were "keepers", according to my family. I'm puzzled by reviews stating a cookbook is "an excellent treatment of the subject", apparently without trying the recipes and tasting the results. You have to cook from a cookbook to know if it is any good! I'd recommend checking this one out of the library for a trial, if you have an interest in the book.

I have been using this pan for quite a while. It appears to be holding up well. I use it about twice a month. The muffins made in this pan are extra large sized. I would have preferred a slightly smaller Texas sized muffin but the quality of the pan is good. I have other large muffin pans by another manufacturer and if they wore out I would buy this brand again.

I've never been dissapointed by amazon before...until now. This is not a mini muffin TOP pan (as the title states) - it's a mini muffin pan...so, i was a little dissapointed. But, it works great...and, i like the product...just not what i was intending on buying..

A Scooper that is well made and can stand up to a cookie dough. Its the little things that make cooking easier and this is one of them . Do not settle for cheap plastic . This product is great.

I was a little leery of these from the bad reviews of them smoking and burning but decided to give them a try anyway when I found them on special. I've now used them and wish I had more in different sizes. I've used them for cookies and they do help immensely. The cookies brown more evenly and come off so easily! I highly recommend them.
