All I can say is "WOW!" After reading about this blower/vacuum in Consumer Reports, and how well it worked, I decided to purchase it. I searched all over the internet, but found that Amazon's "amazing" price of just under $70 was unbeatable. That included free shipping. My blower/vac arrived the next day. Lucky me! Anyhow, It has PLENTY of power. Matter of fact, it has more power than the gas powered backpack blower I had, which pleasantly surprised me. I used the Toro to clean my gutters, and blow and vacuum my leaves, and it did all 3 jobs easily. Again, I'm "blown away" with the amount of power it has. The only "inconvenience" is having to pull an extension cord around with it, but you can solve that by buying the longest extension cord you can find. The batteries when fully charged last only 20 minutes each and by then the trimmer will barely rotate. Batteries also lose their charge if not used often and it may take three to nine hours to fully recharge. It is disheartening to be almost done with the task and lose power.

The order was lost in the mail but once I got in touch with the vendor to let them know I had not received anything, I was notified it was being refilled and got the package the following business day. It was handled excellently and I couldn't have been more satisfied.

Was impressed with how well the bottom of the cart was built but the plastic part of the cart is smaller than it looks and also very flimsy would have been much better to pay a few bucks more for a steel or thicker plastic. When I put firewood in it the plastic top bulges and will not hold anywhere near 600 lbs. without breaking the plastic

The book is quite solid, well written & illustrated. No qualms there. However, Amazon sells both the 1st & 2nd edition for the same price -- but makes no mention of there being a 2nd edition here. This is the FIRST edition, get the second instead. Do a search for "Scotts Lawn". Also, as someone else mentions, this book (1st ed) is an updated version of the Ortho book on Lawns. Again, the book is solid, but look for the 2007 2nd edition.

I'm not very happy with this product. The way the line is wound around the spool for some reason it will not advance automatically. I have to continuously remove the spool cover and physically advance the line by hand.

I am extremely happy with this lawn mower. The wide width makes cutting the grass faster. Surprisingly I am still able to get close to my many plants and trees. 1) It is also easy to push - it's really not your grandfather's mower, 2) the heighth adjustment makes it more versatile, 3) No gasoline to buy and no fumes to inhale, 4) no winterizing is needed, 5) environment-friendly, 6) the light weight makes me able to carry it into the basement for winter storage, and last but not least, my lawn looks much better cut instead of chewed.

Worked for about three "pushes" then one side plugged up. After cleaning out the plugged side it will slightly work another couple times. I measured and found that the entrance diameter of one of the holes is smaller than the other side. I hope that mine doesn't work simply for this reason and not because the product sucks in general. It would also be nice if there were four tubes in stead of two but Im sure that might not be practical. Either way, I'll find myself a small electric aerator rather than take my chances with another one of these.
