Definitely better than Microplane in its shape (slightly rounded) and its sharpness (hide your knuckles). Also love the fact that the end you place on the counter/cutting board is rubber coated to prevent slippage. Only drawback is the plastic handle: it's too short (and I have little hands!), and the plastic is cheezy and uncomfortable. A lot of my utensils are Good Grips, and you really come to rely on and appreciate the heft, girth and comfort of their handles.

This thing is amazing. We haven't found anything that even tries to stick to it. This pad has literally paid for itself by saving us from having to buy parchment paper as frequently. One concern I had at first before buying the pad was that the bottoms of baked items like cookies wouldn't be as crispy as before but those fears were unfounded. Heat conducts pretty well through the pad and the bottoms of cookies, biscuits, etc. are the same as they'd have been with a regular oiled metal pan.

A Scooper that is well made and can stand up to a cookie dough. Its the little things that make cooking easier and this is one of them . Do not settle for cheap plastic . This product is great.

I wanted to try Alton Brown's method of cooking bacon in the oven but my regular racks let the strips fall through into the grease. The grid on these is perfect. It does take some work to clean the rack and pan afterwards. I turn the rack upside down in the pan, add hot water and soap, and let both the pan and the rack soak. Then it's much easier to scrub them both clean. The bacon is delicious this way and you never get popped by it. I was a little worried when it said not to cook on the racks but it has worked out just fine so far.

Im very pleased with this product, it is sturdy & cuts with ease, I love it! I used to use a pizza cutter this product makes my job alot easier

Oxo Good Grips 9-Inch Locking Tongs with Nylon Heads The tongs are really sturdy and the nylon heads don't destroy your teflon as metal ones tend to. They also stand up to a lot of heat so they don't melt.

It has been a very long hunt for me to find a pan that could be used for sautee, or browning potatoes etc..as most of the Non stick doesn't do this trick. I got this pan for a deal in Amazon for $18.00, and wanted to see if this is really good. Believe me! It is the Best one I possess till now..It took me some time to understand the feature of this anodized material..But once I understood it, it's fab!. For best results, place your pan in Medium- Medium heat, pour a little dab of oil and season with salt and put the things to saute.
