God they say is a process. JLS is a simple overview of the process. It shows the struggle to achieve oneness with the godself and having achieved it what to do with it. Do we stay in the oneness or elect to help other people find the path to this oneness. JLS elects to go back and show others the way to the one. Absolutely wonderful. We have the original vinyl, one of the best albums of its time, and decided to get the CD. Sound quality is great, and feels as if you're hearing it live. Takes me back to the days....A must have for all Neil Diamond fans.

This is Neil Diamond's first chart topping album in the USA (Billboard Hot 200 listed the album at number one - May 15 2008). I am amazed! This is one of those albums I have regretted buying. I bought it on the basis that it was a Neil Diamond album thinking it must be better than 'Hot August Night' and 'JL Seagull' to name just two of his albums that I thought were fantastic. What a let down! To me this is just bad singing with bad guitar playing. If you are an old fan of Neils listen to this album twice in the shop before buying it.

A great movie that I had seen before - I wanted to have my own copy mostly because of the great sound from Neil Diamond

I love this movie! Neil Diamond sings his hit songs to the story of a Jewish Cantor who wants to be a professional singer. Lucie Arnaz stars , also which saw her in very few films. But it is a great story and great acting.

This was a replacement for the same CD that "mysteriously disappeared" from my collection. (I'm sure someone else enjoyed it as much as I do and just didn't want to pay for it!) I already knew how great the CD was, and was extremely pleased with the price and the quick service--THANK YOU!!! This was my first Amazon purchase, but I will guarantee it will NOT be my last!!!

Produced by the legendary Robbie Robertson from The Band should be enough to know this is going to be a great album. I have to admit to not knowing too many of Neil Diamond's albums as such, but like most people I know all of his hits. They could have almost released every song off this album as a single and they would have been hits. Standout tracks to me are of cause Beautiful Noise, Stargazer, If You Know What I Mean, Streetlife, Jungletime and the track he actually performed with The Band on the last waltz, Dry Your Eyes, which amazes me never got on any of his greatest hits albums.

I loved this album when it first came out. The songs are timeless; I'm so glad to be able to hear them again.

This has long been one of my favorite Neil Diamond albums. I enjoy listening to almost everything he has ever recorded, but this one is among the best. I guess we all prefer the music we listened to during our formative years, and Neil Diamond was a prominent part of my early teens and young adult life. You drift away from things as you get older, but you always go back to the things you enjoyed most, especially with music. If you are a Neil Diamond fan and have never had the opportunity to hear this complete album, you have really got to give it a try.
