I have really enjoyed this video. A team of us at work are doing the 8 minute workout during our safety meeting and then at lunch. I have mastered the 8 minute workout and will proceed at home doing the Basic. At work we will continue to do the 8 minute workout until the group is ready to move forward at lunch to the Basic. I would and have recommended this video to friends of mine. I have being doing the 8 minute workout for 5 weeks now and I can feel and see the results. TAEBO REALLY WORKS!!!!

This Taebo Cardio workout is just ok to me. I thought it was kinda slow to be effective enough for a good cardio workout. I personally like the Taebo Amped workouts a lot better. They really get you sweating and pumped up, especially with the amplifier.

I'm advanced as far as exercising goes. I felt I needed a challenge, so after reading some of the reviews I purchased this DVD and a couple of others including the bands. The workout is everything it promises! The first day I did not use the bands, and I was kind of disappointed because after reading that this workout beats the heck out of you, I began to wonder about the fitness levels of my fellow reviewers. Well, day two I used the bands and OMG!!!!!...talk about cardio/resistence/abs and all over body abuse!!! LOL It was great, despite the fact that I was quite sore the next day. This is the best Billy Blanks I have and I have them all - found the bootcamp one to be a little too much and even though the abs was strong also, I really felt it target my abs - not for a beginner though. Beginners should stay with basic and instructional for a while before getting into other Blanks tapes. The horse position can be really tough on your hips so if you have any problems there either modify position or this isn't tape for you. Position is in a lot of exercises so take it slow.

I would say my fitness level is beginner to intermediate. I could get through the basic original Taebo but could never make it through the advanced tapes. So that's where I'm at. After reading the reviews I thought this would be a fun dvd that would get me sweating! Um NO! I turned it off at the 12minute mark and forwarded through the rest of the video. This dvd was so boring. After 10 minutes I was like "you're kidding right?" I did not even breaking a sweat. Lot's of toe stepping and punching in the air= yawn. It did pick up after a while with some leg kicks...but that didn't hold my attention. I bought this today, I'm selling this one right now. What a waste of money.

Yeah, this is a pretty good work out. It makes you sweat. The 8 minute work out will make you have a heart attack if you are not careful! I liked how there were heavy people and older people along with the super in shape people. I suspect that this work out has good results. I myself have only done it three times, so I wouldn't REALLY know. But after those three times, I felt fantastic! It's worth a shot.

I have used this DVD for a year now and I still use it. No matter how hard I try, I can never make it to the end without taking a break. So its a challenge to see how far you can go, and each time you do it, the better you get. I highly recommend this to people who want to get fit and lose weight easily.

As most other reviewers have said, this two DVD set really does provide a great workout! I bought some of the Elite (weighted) Billy Bands and when used with both DVDs they make for a really awesome cardiovascular exercise! I've been doing Tae-Bo for around ten years and I suppose I would describe myself as Intermediate/Advanced; consequently some of Billy's workouts are a little too short or not enough of a challenge but these two are definitely hard work! I am amazed at the difference the Bands make; I've got muscles and (good) bulges where I never used to so I would recommend getting hold of some bands if you can!
