It is wonderful that Oprah Winfrey had the author Eckhart Tolle on her class. But you notice how no one reported lots of success with her class. This is because of the very deep mistake made by Tolle and even Wayne Dyer. They are EGO-BASHING speakers and authors who mistakenly say the EGO is the cause of people's problems. This is false. The EGO is simply the TOTAL PERSONALITY which includes good habits or bad habits, faults or talents. But when we are NOT SELF REFLECTIVE, we allow the bad habits to rule, not realizing they are located in our brain and are not caused by outside person place or thing. Voila. I may be a bit bias towards anything that Mr. Tolle has to say but nevertheless I found this audio book to be another source for me to use to soothe my soul and quiet my mind. The quality of the CD may surprise you as it is just a recording of a seminar however it's the wisdom that comes from ET that I crave. Yes, in my opinion ET can't have enough products out there to help people become aware and conscious and still.

I love having this book on the coffee table for a quick hit of stillness. It is especially helpful when my mind starts realing and I need to calm down. Anything that Ekhart Tolle has to say has such power to soothe and bring a person back down to earth!

The 2nd CD is incredible ... new ideas even though it's from 2004 .... it's not all a repeat. So glad I bought this set.

I was interested in listening to Eckhart Tolle speak and this was advertised as a 2 CD set. However, while Mr. Tolle's voice was strong, fascinating and convincing...he lectures on only one of the CDs and the second CD is only the music used in the interlude between "chapters" of his lectures on the first CD. So it was more music than education and I was disappointed. The only plus is that now that I am reading his books....I can still recall what his voice would sound like as I read his words.

I listen to this program over and over. The teaching is becoming a welcome way of living for me. Thank you Eckhart for sharing your wisdom to the world. This takes practice and a constant reminder by the way, it doesn't happen overnight.
