I love Brian Weiss - he has provided me with great insight and helped heal me through a devastating situation. BUT if you are going to read him - I STRONGLY suggest MESSAGES THROUGH THE MASTERS. That one, by far, is his greatest...I've given it as gifts to others going through tough times and it helped them so much, that they too, have given it as a gift. As for "Same Soul Many Bodies" - I've been reading it for over a year and can't get through it.

I read this book within 24 hours. I was so engrossed. I wanted to know the outcome but, at the same time, I didn't want this book to end. If you are a romantic then this book will tug at your heart strings but, also, if you are spiritual this book will take you on a wonderful learning journey. I haven't read any other books by Dr Weiss, but now have a yearning to read them all.

This book was fine but the other book that I ordered at the same time by Weiss was supposed to have a CD in it. It had been removed before the book was sent to me. When I asked about it, I was told I could get 50% off or a full refund if I sent it back. I sent it back some time ago since the only reason I bought that particular book was for the CD. As of this week, I've been told that you never received it! Disappointed, Julie

I've never read anything about where we go between lives. Now the question is answered and it is astounding!!! This book will give you answers, hope, and will make you really think about how you are doing in your life. Read the next one too.

I agree with the other reviewer; I look forward to listening to this relaxation CD at bedtime and I often fall asleep before it is over. On really stressful days, I find if I listen to it repeatedly, until I calm down, I can more easily fall to sleep. I love this CD!

Pros: This guided meditation doesn't focus on religion. Instead, it focuses only on relaxation and healing the body through the visual imagery that is presented. This is what I was looking for. Dr. Weiss has a very pleasing voice as he is directing you to walk through a beautiful garden and into a building. He goes on to say..."in this building there is a marble bench and you lie down on this bench. Your guide arranges crystals that are above your body and your body is healed by the light coming from these colored crystals. You can feel the warmth of the light....." Cons: The only thing that I would have liked to have been different is the background music or, really, sounds. What you hear in the background throughout the recording is what sounds like angels singing ... Read More

The book is a review of what is on the CD. Each page is one subject. The CD has additional information besides what is on each page. It is quite interesting and you will find yourself completely relaxed and following the instructions on the CD. I find this a great way toward what I want for meditation. It is quite wonderful.

This book helps bring the day to day stressors of life into a healthy perspective. It explains stress in a concrete manner and includes ways to increase strategies to handle stress and find inner peace. The CD with the meditation/guided imagery is extremely relaxing and helpful.
