I really enjoyed this book and I am looking forward to reading book 3 in the series. I am not a Nora Roberts fan but this trilogy is very good. I recommend it.

I've read every book in this series and enjoyed all of them except this one. When a friend told me not to waste my time reading it, I thought she must have been having a bad day. Unfortunately, I had to slog my way through it, hoping it would get better. I was very, very disappointed in the book.

Suite 606 Three stories each connect somehow with a Suite 606, then the last story concerns time travellers that make cameo appearances inside the first stories. A potentially interesting idea, but they didn't pull it off. This book may be of marginal interest to devoted fans of Eve Dallas, since it contains a short story about her. However, it's not a very good Eve Dallas story. The other stories feature cardboard characters and threadbare plots. Eve Dallas fans should buy one of the other books in the In Death series instead, such as Salvation in Death. Everybody else, save your money.

I read the first 2 books in the Sign of Seven Trilogy, and I only bought the second book because I was hoping that it would be better than the first one, and thus get me hooked on the story but I was in for even more disappointment. I struggled to finish the first book and the second one was even more tedious. I'm all for books on the struggle between good and evil, and don't mind a little bit of 'spook factor' but these 2 books were just downright creepy and not in a good way. I couldn't even get to care for the characters. Unlike some reviewers I actually liked the Circle trilogy which was also a 'good vs. evil' trilogy, mainly because you could see the 'real' Nora Roberts in the writing-the witty conversation, the humor and the emotions, were all there. I like Nora Roberts, I did enjoy the characters though it was very predictable. Not one of her best at all, but I will still pick up a book of hers to read regardless. Less just hope the next book I cannot put the book down!

Yep. It really was that bad. When I finished this book, I threw it across the room. It was disjointed, silly, at times kind of boring, and really just a bad read. In regards to Sherrilyn Kenyon, I find myself in an interesting dilemma. I've come to the conclusion that she is no longer capable of writing good stories. I really don't think I've enjoyed one of her books since "Night Play." However, because I've read the entire series, I really feel as if I'm invested. I genuinely want to find out what happens to Nick...and some of those other characters that she's forgotten about, like Cael (remember him from "Dark Side of the Moon?")
