I really liked this book. It was just as good if not better than Rich Dad, Poor Dad. I recomend it.

I have read most of the books in the Rich Dad series, and this last one has been on my bookshelf for seven years. I finally read it this week, looking for some insight into the current (10/10/2008) stock market and financial crisis. This book was harder to understand and less complete than the other books in the Rich Dad series, and the chapters on the different classes of investors was basic to me, but that is probably because I've attended a half-dozen Rich Dad seminars over the years, read the other books in the series and I've played the Cashflow game, which I highly recommend. After all its the 'ABC', for beginners. Would take a couple more books to get to 'XYZ'. Its great for those who are interested in the real estate investing and want to know what its about (this book only talks about rental apartments, not houses or condos). For people who are already in the business this book will only point out the obvious. It doesn't cover all of the aspects of real estate investing. Well, no book does. It serves more as a guide, touches on the surface of 1) finding deals, 2) how to investigate a property, 3) how to come up with the price of the property, 4) a little bit on how to manage rental apartments. It doesn't cover on other important topics such as 1) funding, bank loans, financing and morgaging your property 2) taxes and 3) market researching.

How do you place a price on brilliance? This short read is outstanding and I would recommend it to anyone including every junior or senior high school student in the United States. More books like this one and all of the Og Mandino books or any of the Napolean Hill books. And, let's not forget W. Clement Stone books. The Richest Man in Babylon

I found this book excellent for my purpose. It advises the reader about reorganizing their businesses for the necessary legal protection. It also advises on how to arrange finance or team up with friends for business

I'm 16 and I've read many books about finance and investing including Rich Dad Poor Dad but this book is just to simple it's just a cut down version from the original book if you want to read a Kiyosaki book just get Rich Dad Poor Dad

I recommend this book if you like Rich Dad, Poor Dad. I think it is a great book, definitly worth reading. I like the way Kiyosaki stresses the power to achieve your dreams is in your mind. Get a positive outlook, and look for things previously unseen to you.
