This Arthur math game is nice for first grade. However, not second grade or above. The math problems are too easy. For example, the most difficult calculation is still on the 1-digit base. For some more math calculation problems, I recommend a website: http://www.....com They have randomly generated worksheets, which provide your children enough practice to do math quickly. The rest of the game are pretty good. The sorting, hunting treasure parts are interesting. You get what you pay.

This engaged my 4 year old with learning activities and gave me detailed reports. It grew with him as he progressed, getting harder as he mastered the basics. The best software I have found yet (and we've tried a ton).

Someone mentioned before that it won't work with XP or 2000, but it will with the official Petz 4 patch. Even though it's not the same game, they're very similar and the Petz 4 patch WILL make P3 work on XP and 2k. I'm not totally sure on Vista, but I think I have had friends use at least one of the petz games (Don't remember if it was 3, 4, or 5) on it, although there were some issues with Vista hiding folders, etc. About the patch, though. It was previously available on the official Ubisoft Petz website, but with the launch of the new "Petz" games (not at ALL like this, by the way! This is a much better, awesome game with better programming - especially for when it was made), but can be easily found with a google search for "petz 4 patch" where you will also find lots of player-made additions to the game ...
