If you've used a Sony Playstation at any point over the last 10 or so years you pretty much know what to expect with the Dualshock 3. The size, shape and layout of the DS3 is almost identical to the original Dualshock controller that was released for the Playstation 1. Chances are if you liked using any of the previous Sony brand controllers you'll also enjoy using the Dualshock 3. Similarly, if any of the previous Dualshock controllers weren't quite right for you then you'll probably dislike the DS3. Slight changes have been made to the shoulder buttons and the addition of a'PS' button allows for quick start-up and shutdown of the PS3 as well as access to the PS3 X-Cross Media Bar. Comes in handy when needed, doesn't waste controls battery life when watching movies or just browsing the menus or the playstation store. The remote is very light and user friendly with a nice battery life.

This game is too awesome for words. I haven't had so much fun playing a video game in years. It is innovative, brilliant and sheer joy to play. The best part is the co-op play. Since I got married, I look for games to play with my wife, but the lack of offline co-op game play compounded by her "too many buttons" phobia has confined us to casual wii games. But this game is different. After some initiation, she has really taken it up. I haven't played single player yet, but in co-op mode, the level design encourages players to work together through means of clever puzzles. I bought the first resistance because it was a cheaper fps game. It was cool for a while and then it became repetitive with the same weapons and killing style. I just recently tried out the 2nd one and within the first 5 mins of the game there is a glitch. When you follow the comander guy onto the bridge he says "uh oh here they come you better take cover," i killed all of the aliens before they reached us and the commander just stood behind cover waiting for the aliens to follow, and then the game would not allow me to continue on. The fact that the aliens never reached us would not allow the game to continue, how stupid. This was within the first 5 mins. I turned it off imediately. Ok...... I'll be honest. I am NOT an FPS fan. In fact to be honest, I have played only a handful of FPS games (Bioshock, Doom 3, Bad Company,) and several demos for other FPS games. That being said........BUY THIS GAME! I will spare you a huge description of plot, Lord knows there are plenty other reviews out there which go in to it. But I will say it is the plot that truly draws you in and goes for the jugular at first with a bit of mystery then erupts in to a full-out action story. With casual gaming I beat this game about 4 days. Not to say the game is small, but when I did sit down I was going through two or three or more missions at a sitting. Once i started using this memory card, it has never failed and it saves successfully every part of the game I've played. I really recomend this product.

If you love video capture devices and you have a PS3, this is the product for you. For games like LittleBigPlanet and Burnout Paradise, the PS Eye makes it much more fun and enjoyable, especially since it is $10 cheaper here than anywhere else! I highly recommend this product, but until more games utilize this product, my review stands at a 4/5.

For its price, it is simply the best headset you can purchase for online gaming with the Playstation3. The quality of your voice communication is great, as well as hearing other people. Buttons are also very simple and easy to use. Only complaint is it is only slightly uncomfortable. This is nothing that hinders the experience, however.
