I would recommend this game if you are looking for some mindless fun. My family has enjoyed it so we can't complain.

Everything about this game is amazingly well done. It's immensely fun and one of the most beautiful games to date. No PS3 owner should be without Valkyria Chronicles.

Sonic Chronicles is very fun and it is also challenging even though I haven't beaten the game yet. I also like it because it keeps me entertained and it's a really good game. It is also hard and fun to play. The hardest part is that I can't seem to open the door in Chapter 4. I am stuck on Chapter 4.

This is a great game for us that have grown up loving blasting away in the arcade, seeing how far you can go until you run out of quarters. The port is perfect in my opinion. My only gripe is that they kept it so perfect to the point of keeping the terrible acting by what sounds like Japanese trying to mimic English. I do find it funny, but I think someone could have copied over the campy acting using English speaking actors. I am writing this in response to the review given by 1Up.com. In the reivew Anthony has some complains about not having a gun packed in with the game. I actually find this a plus because it keeps the game cheap, ranging from 19.99 - 29.99 new and as low as 14.99 used, and gives the player the choice of gun type to use for the game. Really enjoyed the arcade game, and enjoy this one even more. It's true, the game is short -- just like the arcade game -- but with added complexity at higher levels, and new costumes, party mode, etc. If you're a gamer who spends hours a day on a console, this isn't the game for you. But if you're looking for a fun shooter game to play when you have some friends over, this is the perfect game. I think too many games nowadays take too much time to complete -- part of the video game generation, I guess -- so this game is perfect for me (and others who don't have hours and hours to dedicate to playing.) Okay i played this game many time but after one week the only thing that i learned is left and right Okay the graphisms are awsome, the story is alright but could be better ( well the story is unanimated, it means it s like reading a manga story and hearing some voice) i was realy hopping to see sonic to move everywhere, well anyway. Now come the truth. The awsome gameplay!!!!!!!!!!!!! The game play remain in two words: "left" or "right" For the new generations it is a joke. I'm an 18-year-old college student...not a kid. Just for the record. At first, my cousin and I were having a lot of fun with the minigames. We were gettting a little sick of Mario Party, so new games were definitely more entertaining at the moment. Some games were fun, others were just obnoxiously difficult. But what they all have in common is that the directions are TERRIBLE!!!! Before every game, you're told how to control everything, but not much is revealed about how the game actually WORKS. So you can control it no problem, the challenge is figuring out what the heck you're supposed to do! Also, some of the games really aren't "mini"games at all - the jigsaw puzzle was like nails on a chalkboard to watch...my cousin and her friends standing inches from the TV trying to put together miniscule moving ...
