Fight Night is definitely a game that not only amazes with it's graphics, but also it's game play. This boxing game takes the cream of the crop and is a must buy for boxing fans out there. The control scheme takes a little getting used to, but once you go a few rounds it will become second nature. I can't say enough about the graphics in this game and I know graphics alone does not make a game, but luckily the overall game is worth the purchase. This game definitely show cases early glimpses of what the PS3 can really do and makes me hopeful for future games on this powerful system.

I played this game on my PC and there are NO problems or glitches at all. The patches that they put out really help and the graphics are intense and amazing. I reccomend this shooter to anyone who enjoys intense, suspensful, and heart-pumping action! (Make sure you are 17+ unless you have a parent's permission!)

Still, this is a solid FPS. Its a lot of fun, and you'll solve it in about a day on easy. For those of us who are gun nuts, there is a huge and detailed selection of weaponry to choose from and collect, and the humor of the characters is, in my opinion, some of the funniest dialogue I've heard in a game. It's more or less realistic, although you can't destroy everything around you like in Mercs 2, but it offers a good enough reward system for playing it through. I'd rent it, or buy it when it goes a little lower in price.

I installed Spore, and there was no DRM! I even looked on my hard drive! Also, there are no limited installations! So you don't have to worry! This game is safe!

Yes the jump shots are more realistic looking than in '08, as are the end of game stats across the board. The computer seems smarter, and the addition of a simple alley oop move is a big plus. FIBA and WNBA teams are accounted for. However, on the downside, the "diving for a steal" move is bothersome, as is the bland look of the on-court game and the unbelievable ease with which one can commit a turnover. One more bad thing - I've found myself many times stealing the ball or grabbing a rebound only to find my player shooting the ball across the court before I can think about a single dribble. Im in the US Air Force here at Keesler, and this game is getting me through my day. The mananger mode is just like the console versions, and Be a Pro is also very fun. Take it from an airman, this game is well worth the buy if your on the go and like soccer.

Get Orange Box for Portal alone. Team fortress is fun, but I find myself in bad company when I want to play an online FPS. Half Life may have been groundbreaking at the time, but the gameplay is too monotonous compared with the games of 2008. Great package!

I've read a few reviews of this game from people who have had a tough time with the games tone. Yes, the two main characters sometimes say some really bizarre things but personally I found this incredibly amusing. I don't think the game takes itself too seriously and as a casual gamer it doesn't expect you to either. That's the trick with this game, you have to treat it with a grain of salt. I can't remember a game that had me laughing out loud as much as this one did. I think it really adds to the games overall feel. The dialouge is just hilarious. And it works. Combine this with the decent gameplay and stunning visuals and you have a game that is well worth the 20 bucks you can get for used. Sure, it's not halo or gears, but I don't think it's trying to be. The stuff packs always have exciting new items to help upgrade and diversify. The new pjs, bathrobes, etc were a nice touch. The bathroom fixtures are more realistic to what I've actually seen around. Plus, it's nice being able to create different looks for each Sim family. I really liked the new items available for the kitchen. Not a disappointing stuff pack.
