When Madden '09 came out, I bought it for the Nintendo Wii. That was a mistake. Being a longtime Madden player since the Nintendo days, I was looking for more than updated rosters. I knew that the wii version would not have graphis like the ps3 or 360, but they were not even close to being legit. The gameplay and overall appearance of the wii version was made for first-time madden players. I then found out that it came out for the ORIGINAL XBOX. The new features are very nice. Along w/ updated rosters, the gameplay is very smooth and they added "stringed-together" moves while carrying the ball and the QB evade which I was glad to see. Firstly, I must agree with other reviewers that the DRM scheme is a major turnoff. Neither EA nor Bioware have yet to specify anywhere just what circumstances these 3 activations are triggered. Bioware and EA should be ashamed of themselves for subscribing to a DRM scheme that only succeeds in punishing loyal customers and treating them as little more than criminals. Now, onto the game itself. The voice acting is uniformly very good to excellent. The storyline for this game is exceptionally strong. Unfortunately it's conveyed through loads of dialogue, which can sometimes slow down the pace of the game at crucial points. Since The Sims came out a while ago it has been a hit! Every expansion or new product launched is better than its predecesor. I bought this product for my 16 year old daughter. She loves it very much and plays with it fairly often. The graphics are very good and you have the option of building your house, designing the exterior and interior. Drive your car, do things, go places, wonder, travel, get in love, get happy and sad...dance, have a good time...this is a great video game. There are plenty of options to choose from...very easy to understand and to play. Very easy to get to know the tricks of the game too!! I LOVE this expansion!! Definately the best of The Sims 2 series. I'm really into music and dancing so I love the new music and dance stuff. I wish this wasn't the last expansion cause it's just now getting really good!! I think they could do alot more with this line.

I love the expansion packs for the sims, but it seems to me they are just stealing from me every time I buy one. I looked around for used versions of stuff packs, and all of them with shipping come out to more then I would pay for a new one. Considering that Sims 3 is coming out next year, I wish the expansion packs would go down in price. Stuff packs should be $10 and other around $20-$25 each. I know once Sims 3 comes out, all the Sims 2 expansion packs will be grouped into 1 and sold for a lot less then what we all originally paid for them. Just wish I was more patient, I would wait for them to go down. I guess they have good business instincts =/

The game is great right out of the box. Since the game now comes with all the patches included, you don't have to go through the hassle of digging around to find the patches and installing them. Patches make things especially irritating when you're trying to run a mod which also has patches and the combination of the patches must be applied in a very exacting order or they won't work properly. The overall rating I gave the game is only four stars because of the low number of maps included. When you compare the number of maps included with a game like UT, if feels as though there should be more maps with Battlefield 1942. Only three maps in the WWII mod was also a little disappointing, although I'm glad that they included the Phillipines map with the set.
