As far as party games go, this title, and Carnival Games are the ones I'm playing the most right now. The celebrity factor is pretty cool - I think Avril Lavigne and Fergie are the ones you'll know the most. The dodgeball game is wicked - definitely the best of the set. You will need a Nunchuk though. It plays without one, but the controls are much better if you have one handy. All in all, it's has a pretty good set of mini-games - the best ones are Dodgeball, Curling, and Volleyball.

Nov. 2008 and I still find myself going back to the PS2 for hours on end. This game has well constructed physics and controls. It's all about the guns here as the package boasts and it's on point fun. I overlooked this non-stop shooter when it was released but now as I go back and buy up used PS2 titles this is defiantly one of my favorites.

Home court is a 8.5 out of 10 in my eyes .... A lil' bit of botton smatcher but overall is a good game to go online and battLe it out with other playes, and friends. I own it for the xbox 360. Is great to play with others and the reason why I give it a 8.5 out of 10 instead of a full ten is because on carrier mode I got bored. I am a Old school Nba fan and new school Nba street and tht is the eason why I own this game. It's a must buy if you are a basketball fan. Hope ny review helps Peace! I am a Madden fan at heart and have been since day 1 even when 2k was still in the picture. I waited to give my review so that i could experience every aspect of the game at least once. Although i still long for the days of PS2 type madden gameplay, i must say madden is coming around to producing more realistic football. The days of run and gun are gone and those who dont believe need to play me so you can be shown. I was that type of player and now i am a more drop back and throw type player. My cons for this game are two big ones: Too many interceptions and i say this because back in previous years you could time cuts to where you throw the ball as they cut and the quarterback would throw where they were going and not where they were - which leads to the receiver running his route and the defender ... We got these for my son. He can't run them on his computer, only mine. I wish I would have checked out the system requirements. I had not checked because a previous year we purchased for him works fine on his. He does love these games. We all enjoy playing this with him from time to time. I'm sure we will buy it again with another year.

i think the game is great in all aspects except that EA did away with creating a school put that back on the game EA.

Rather than write a lengthy review, I'll just put the pros and cons in my own opinion. Pros: Offense and defense sets up in zones automatically. Positioning is extremely important in Defensive zone. The most realistic NHL game I've played. great graphics The opponent's goalie will challenge you. Cons: I don't know if it's my xbox or the game, but it freezes/restarts/disc unable to read errors frequently. The music soundtrack is awful, some of the songs are ridiculously stupid, and sometimes extremely annoying. Half the time your goalie wont even try to stop the puck, so don't count on them being any help. I suppose I could make my own goalie tho..... The Refs will always be biased against your team, so you'll be on the PK more than on the PP. Read More

I think any game/movie you purchase for the psp will not disappoint graphically. This version is true to SIMs style. This is a Gilligan/Survival version of SIMs. You can create and alter appearance of your character during game play. I don't know how different this version from the PC version but you cannot fast fwd the boring waits. Your character disappears off your screen when sleeping. I do find it too repetitive collecting food and twigs. I have to say some of the pictures are too small to make out what is needed to make certain items so I haven't built my hut yet. Your limited with your camera view so it's hard to see spear fishing and it's basically hit or miss. I find it boring talking with chimps to increase your social status as I haven't progressed to finding my other shipmates. You do get island fever which ... Read More

This game is very addicting!! Once you get past the controls - you use both the remote and nunchuck - it is a very fun game!! It is almost exactly like the computer game which I like. I just can't get the cheat for the money to work. I would definately suggest this game to anyone who likes the Sims.
