While not the best thing to look at in the graphics department (especially during multiplayer races), this game manages to be extremely fun. The control scheme(s) are great, and while I am better when using the Wiimote/nunchuch scheme, I find myself wanting to use the Wii Wheel most often because it adds to the fun. The bottom line here is that everyone can enjoy this game, and the multiplayer never gets old. The best thing I can say about this game is that I will be playing it for as long as I own a Wii. A definite must buy for the Wii.

I love this game! It's fun and it does have some flaws but it still deserves 5 stars. the story line was a little hard to follow but descently funny. turning is a little hard-but you can get the hang of it soon. the 'gear change' feature looked cool in the trailer but it's basically just pushing a button and changing boards. it costs rings: bad very bad. Some characters have to be unlocked by finishing story modes and missions. Like I said the story is ok but not great you can do the story as both sonic and jet but you have to finish sonic's point of view before you can do jet's. and there are 3 kinds of multiplayer so you can play with your friends as a team as enemies or play mini-games which are fun. i do wish though that in story mode you could pick who you are. and the game is auto-saving ... Brutal, absolutely brutal. Difficult to learn to play and lousy graphics and bad game once you finally get the hang of it anyway. Mario Kart for Wii (not surprisingly) is so much better I can't begin to tell you. In fact any thought of a comparison is not even fair - this game isn't close. Save your money on this one!

This is a fun game that's gameplay is identical to mario kart in almost every way. It doesn't support the wii wheel. For a budget title, this game is quite fun. Then again, when u finish any set of races it just ends with no cutscenes or sense of accomplishment. Extremely shallow, will be fun the first week you have it but has no staying power like mario kart. But it's worth every cent of the $20 pricetag.

I bought the game with 2 thoughts in mind.. 1) It's cheap for $20 bucks 2) Multiplayer for when friends are over. When you're playing the game in multiplayer mode, it doesn't matter how the game play is, you just want to win the race. The game is Ok and different where you use the Wii remote to steer. It does the job and adds to my game collection.
