VHS : Children of the Corn
This film is an absolute classic. I've seen this film numerous times and I never get tired of it. Both Courtney Gains (Malichi) and John Franklin (Issac) are great actors who should have won awards for their performances. On top of the acting, my copy of this film is autographed by the music composer, who is also my science teacher's husband. So that fact alone make this film extra special to watch.

VHS : Children of the Corn 666: Isaac's Return
''Children of the Corn 5 - Fields of Terror'' did relate to this movie. The girl in this movie, Hannah, was the baby born at the end of five.

''Children of the Corn 666 - Isaacs Return''

AKA

''Children of the Corn VI - Isaacs Return''.

Lots and lots of people like this movie being that they brought Isaac back and all. But to be honest, I didn't care for this one too much.

John Franklin ( Isaac ) is like an old man in this movie. He doesn't do any thing what so ever.

You do get to see the human ( true ) form of He Who Walks Behind The Rows. The girl in the church at the first movie, Rachel, is Hannahs mother,

When it is revealed who the real "He" is, the audience is probably shocked about that answer, I was glad to see Isaac ... Read More

I think that this was weird that this was a Paramount movie and the tag line said Dimension Diversion On Miramax Films. This was 1993 movie, DVD Release 1993 94 minutes long ( very rare ). Region 2 didn't have near good effects. Micahs Transformation wasn't on R.2, when Micah gets hit by eletric bolt he screams and on R.2 he doesn't, then his voice gets real deep at the end not on R.2, then when the face appears on Micah his face changes shape before the devil appears. The Top Ten New Mdeia DVD doesn't have those effects. Different music was in different regions, the VHS had those effects to, and feel free to comment and ask me questions about this CotC movie. I know every single thing on this movie. This is another CotC review, i write reviews on all of the CotC movies but in a mixed-up order. I like CotC 2 but ... Read More

VHS : Children of the Corn 3
While there was a pretty long wait between the original Children of the Corn and its sequel, Children of the Corn II: The Final Sacrifice, the wait for the third film was pretty short. Apparently buoyed by the success of the second film comes this sequel titled Children of the Corn III: Urban Harvest. It wasn't released all that long after the previous sequel. Given that there are seven films in the Children of the Corn series, the quality of the various sequels is debatable. This particular one, Urban Harvest, isn't so bad.

The soundtrack and opening credits get this film off to a good start. While the setting is mostly based in Chicago, some parts of the movie take place in Gatlin which is where the original movie was based. The premise of this Children of the Corn (COTC, for short) entry is that brothers ... Read More

VHS : Children of the Corn 7 - Revelation
Don't get me wrong; "Children Of The Corn: Revelation" isn't what you'd call a great movie. It is a decent horror movie, and as far as a "Children Of The Corn" film goes, it's excellent. Different standards apply here, but it's one of the best in the series. It has atmosphere, plenty of it, and a good lead performance.
