Well..any one who does not like this either doesn't have kids, or doesn't spend any time with the ones he/she has, because this is dead on! I remember when I was 13 being forced to watch this by my parents. At the time, I didn't find it funny. Now, as a parent, it's hilarious! I could watch this over and over and never tire of it. Everytime I watch it, I think, "I'm not alone!" It is a must see! As a parent, I thoroughly appreciate this.

Much the samematerial as "Take it like a man" (which was hillarious) with less energy, poor audio quality, and poor video quality... Still, very funny though.

I feel that C.Rock is the best standup comedian today for several reasons. 1. He is not afraid of calling out his own race on relevant social issues. 2. He is not afraid of telling it like it is with women and relationships. 3. He does NOT rely on profanity & raunchy comedy like R.Pryor, or anti-white racism like E.Murphy to get laughs.

Richard Pryor Here and Now demonstrates that he's arguably the greatest stand-up comic of all time. It's true that this concert is by far weaker than Live in Concert and Sunset Strip. There are more slow spots here and the frequent interruptions and distractions by the obnoxious audience throw Pryor off of his rhythm. Part of what makes this fascinating to watch is how Pryor handles these people and saves the film. A lesser comedian would have been crushed. Richard Pryor, even when not in top form and with so much working against him still manages to be very funny. "This ain't Johnny Carson MFs!!!" I was completely satisfied with the dvd, it captures Jerry at his best. I was laughing from start to finish its a must have for any true fan of Jerry Seinfeld. A few of the bits in the show are recogonizeable from the intros in his sitcom ,Seinfeld, along with plenty more that reflect his career up untill '98. If your a fan of Seinfeld you must add this to your collection.

This tape was not anywhere near the condition listed on Amazon. There were several glitches in it. I would not have been so unhappy had I not paid five times the going rate for a collectible version, in perfect shape. If I had wanted a $6.00 version, I woul have paid $6.00, not $30.00 from this particular vendor. This left a very unpleasant taste in my mouth. If you prefer to buy what is described, don't buy from this vendor.
