I loved this movie as a child and my 2 year old loves it too.
The animation in the middle of the movie makes it a great surprise for kids.

VHS : Harry Potter & Sorcerer's Stone
I still remember the day the first Harry Potter movie came out in the mall. I was nearby the movie theater entrance when I heard a voice say "The Harry Potter movies first showing is starting now" than I saw a mob of elementary school kids rampaging their way to the theater and I was in their way. After the dvd came out I decided to buy it just to see what the excitement was all about and I was astonished at how much I enjoyed the movie. After that I decided to but the first book and have since gotten the entire seven books of Harry Potter as well as the five movies that have so far been made. The first blur-ray dvd video and audio isn't to much better than the standard version. Some of the background is a little clearer and sharper but in all not to much of a difference and the same ... VHS : I Married a Witch
Cecil Kellaway makes I MARRIED A WITCH a scary film indeed, and I suspect that John Huston must have recalled Kellaway's portrayal when he undertook the role of the evil, incest-driven patriarch in Roman Polanski's CHINATOWN. Against all odds, Kellaway has kept his daughter to himself for 270 years, thanks to the Puritans who have condemned him to live, as a ghost, in the form of smoke, under a giant oak tree on the ancestral property of the Wooley family. And in turn Kellaway has cursed the Wooleys, ensuring that, in each generation, no man shall find happiness in love, all will be married to plain battleaxes.

Meanwhile Daniel (the warlock played by Kellaway) had Jennifer (his lovely daughter, played by the uniquely talented Veronica Lake) right where he wants her--he's the only man ... Read More

VHS : Witch Hunt (1994)
I have been waiting for years for this movie to make it to dvd.To say that this movie is quirky is an understatement.
It follows a detective played beautifully by Dennis Hopper as he tries to solve a murder. What is unusual is
that the average Joe uses magic as part of his daily routine,i.e.want to take out your trash, simply think it
and its done or want to be beautiful have someone cast
a spell and its done.
Hopper vehemently refuses to use magic eventhough he knows how.We get to follow him as meets a cast of quirky characters who use magic and try to help him solve the
murder.
Its just a fun movie.

Love the witches! They are not green (one is even pretty) and although there is some wickedness, their bumbling behavior is a grand improvement over most Hollywood-evil portrayals of witchcraft. This movie is fun Halloween fare without bloody, gory, massacres! I can watch this story year-round for Bette Midler's comedic genius and certain scenes are tender enough to bring a tear to my eye every time.

I remember seeing it when it first came out... I was 10. The movie scared the crap out of me! Now I see how funny it is and it sends a clear message about vanity. The actresses play their parts well and Bruce Willis' character is so annoyingly pathetic! I love this movie and I'm so glad I finally bought it.

actors look almost the same, hows that for witchcraft and a good plastic surgeon. Jack, however, hasen't faired as well, but he'll always be the devil to me. He's just so good in every movie he does. My favorite line in this movie was, Jack was having tea with Susan Sarandon, she was explaining to him that the estate he just bought had a dark history about
witches, Jack scoffs at this and says, " The whole witchcraft scare was invented by the male medical profession that wanted to get midwifes out of the child birthing business" Made a lot of sense to me. Enjoy!

I absolutely love this movie. It makes me feel like a kid again. Imagine having magic powers to do all that Sabrina does. A lot of kids would definitely love this movie. My niece and I do. I definitely recommend.
