I have really enjoyed this video. A team of us at work are doing the 8 minute workout during our safety meeting and then at lunch. I have mastered the 8 minute workout and will proceed at home doing the Basic. At work we will continue to do the 8 minute workout until the group is ready to move forward at lunch to the Basic. I would and have recommended this video to friends of mine. I have being doing the 8 minute workout for 5 weeks now and I can feel and see the results. TAEBO REALLY WORKS!!!!

I admit I was skeptical of a product that promised results with seemingly so little effort and the first time around when I tried it, I didn't see much results beyond feeling a little stronger. But then my husband and I tried it together along with a cardio program (20 min. a day) and I lost an inch and half in a matter of less than two months. It is not magic, but it works if you do it properly and do cardio on the side to burn fat. I have had chronic back problems and this has helped a lot with strengthening my abs and my back. Worth every bit of effort and time and then some.

ok, i used these tapes for about a week-- already, they're warping (and apparently i'm not the first person to experience this). the workouts are good for what they are. you will feel the burn, but don't expect quick & dramatic results from 8 minutes. the abs workout is most challenging for me, mostly because it puts a lot of strain on the neck (at least it does for me-- maybe i'm doing something horribly wrong), so my neck muscles were sore after the first couple of times. now i just cheat-- i put my hands in the back of my head for some of the moves instead of leaving them at my side. that helps. re: the buns workout, it's good, but (and again, this might just be me-- i have sensitive skin...), my living room is carpeted, and since most of the moves are floor moves, my forearms started ... To help create less stress on your neck use a pillow, and ignore what he says about looking up I look down the front of my body and I never have neck problems. I did have trouble with the vcr one with it not working but it was a REALLY old tape, now I use the DVD. So I say if you will stick with it and do the excersises right, this is a good workout.

I like Jaime's videos. I hate to work my thighs and buns. But this workout is fast and effective. I have bad knees so I have to modify some of the moves but that creates no problems as I still get a very effective workout.

I use this tape when my muscles are too sore from a weightlifting session and I need something to fill in. Both sessions, if done well, burn about 140 calories or so.

If you want to tighten up your buns and/or thighs in a short period of time, this is for you.

In the beginning you will be greeted by 3 people. The instructor and 2 others working out with him. 1 is a female and is for beginners (she doesn't have weights). And the second person is a guy and he is for those who have worked out before (he uses weights). The instructor (who is using 2 cans of food not weights) tells you what to do and the name of the movement. The screen shows you the name of the movements and how many minutes and seconds you have left. The left side of the screen has how many minutes you have left (it counts backwards) and on the right side of the screen it shows how many seconds you have left till you finish each movement. I didn't find this workout as challenging as I would like it to be. However, it may be a better workout for me if light-weight ankle weights were added for resistance. I think the lunges are great!
