Thumbs down on this seller. I am very dissatisfied. I have bought many used items through Amazon and always had very good results with other sellers. I wrote to the seller and did not get a response. I asked for details on returns and no response. I asked for a refund and no response. Do not purchase from this seller. I am still waiting for action to be taken to resolve this issue. I rate this BAD (no stars).
I hope Amazon can help me with this problem.

VHS : To Sir, with Love
2.5 stars. Poitier is Poitier. I'm starting to believe his whole charm was that he looked good in sixties-styled clothing. But as far as having any depth I've only seen a glimmer of it in A raisin in the sun. The rest, well, they all seem like the same character. Really, there's no difference between this performance and that of A patch of Blue or Guess who's coming to Dinner. Plus if this was the depth of problems in the late sixties then truly it was a generation of spoiled brats. I just wasn't impressed.

One of the most well acted, well directed and greatest stories ever told. It transends generations. I've watched this movie every Easter since I can remember, and now my children carry on the tradition. This is one to add to the collection.

5.Mortal Storm starring: Margaret Sullavan, James Stewart, Robert Young, Frank Morgan, Robert Stack

VHS : Mortal Storm
This WWII political drama starring Jimmy Stewart and Margaret Sullavan, along with very young Robert Stack, Dan Dailey, Robert Young and of course, the Wizard of Oz, Frank Morgan, who is fabulous in this dramatic role, has been overlooked by the wizards of Hollywood. Due to the overall excellence of the film, great acting and wonderful scenes of Jimmy and Margaret "skiing" in the Alps at night, it should be listed, at least, as one of the best 100 films.

6.It's a Wonderful Life starring: James Stewart, Donna Reed, Lionel Barrymore, Thomas Mitchell, Henry Travers

VHS : It's a Wonderful Life
Frank Capra's meditation on the connections each man builds to those around him is the pure, distilled essence of holiday spirit. In a world that's forever beating us down with reminders of our isolation and of the lack of meaning in our lives, this is a bright and shiny rebuttal.

I don't know that anyone but Jimmy Stewart could play the nice guy who always does the right thing and inject that character with the darkness necessary to turn a schmaltzy premise into a profound statement of each man's place in his world. A great supporting cast (including Thomas Mitchell, Gloria Grahame, Ward Bond, Henry Travers and Beulah Bondi) led by a brilliant director. Nicely remastered print. And while the extra features were just lifted from 80s TV broadcasts, they do have interesting information in them.

My father was born in Oklahoma in 1923 . His family left Oklahoma during the dust bowl for Arizona . This was his favorite movie as it reminded him of his childhood . I've watched this movie several times with my dad and its an all time classic of Henry Fonda's .
