As far as Denise Austin is concerned, this is probably the worst tape by her that I've come across (and I've tried quite a few of them!) She's quite obnoxious here, more so than she usually is, and is constantly shouting annoyingly lame phrases like "if you rest, you rust!" or "if you don't squeeze it (your [...]) no one else will!". Plus, the tape just screams cheesiness, b/c they start the workout using the "rocky" theme song. I literally winced when I first heard it, thinking "you've got to be kidding me..." This workout isn't the best either. It's not very well-queued and her background exercisers (there's too many of them in that small boxing ring they're working out in!) are a bit annoying. I have been doing this workout for about 2 years now - I do this one usually on Fridays when I am tired and need to stretch and still get a workout in. I own many Denise workouts and like all of them including this one. It is not super difficult - just different. You do not have to kill yourself to get a good workout!!

This tape is a half and half type of workout.The first half is Yoga and is about 20 minutes. She uses the word functional yoga in her description of some of her exercises. The second half is Pilates. During this section it is advised that you use 3-5 pound weights. I find that if I am running low on exercise time, that I can do the Yoga one day and do the Pilates part the next day. The second half is about 20 minutes also. She advises that you rotate this tape with her Pilates tape-Denise Austin's Mat Workout Based on the Work of J.H.Pilates. I liker her tapes due to her attitude and her personality.

Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me is a great follow up to Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery . In some senses the film is better the original. Meyers is funnier this time around as Doctor Evil with his one-liners and Verne Troyer is great and steals almost all the scenes as Mini-Me as does Seth Green. A great sequel if you've never seene\ it you're in for a treat.

Its half cardio, half toning with bands. Not very long, I think 20 min each. It's good and its programmable. The key to working out with bands is the bands resistance level. If you workout with weights, you probably need a heavier band. Its good to have in your rotation. Not a very heavy workout, but I would say medium to light. I use the Firm and Prevention alot, so that's what I'm comparing this one to. I think this has been released with different dates, so check to see if the date makes a difference.
