I tend to disagree with the other reviews. I had this video and was sorry I got rid of it. This video would be great for my current situation. Arthritis in my ankle and haven't worked out in too many years. It's a more controlled pace, with easier moves than some videos/DVDs I have used. I will agree with the toning portion - it's mediocre at best, but the aerobic is a good steady pace for beginners, and I think once you have mastered this video, you would be able to move on to other more complex, challenging DVDs.

This is an excellent blend of ab training and aerobic fat burning. Leisa Hart is the Ab Guru, she was then and is now, she is the best and this video is great.

I started my series with Abs and Buns of Steel 2000 and soon added this to my list because the 1st one I got was so fun. I love these 3 instructors together. They really have a great fun workout. It may take a few tries to catch on but once you do it is so much fun. I enjoy the fact that they each do their own routine, each working different muscles. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

This is an all-time favorite of mine, the full leg toning was very precise and effective. The cardio was great, and this mad emy body look and feel alot better. This is a very good classic workout, as are all of Leisa Hart's new and old videos. Very good stuff!

Ok I think it is funny how many people complained about this old school but very effective workout. I loved it 10 years ago and I love it today! Michelle and Tracey are a great inspiration and this is sort of where they started. YES it is challenging but if you popped a dvd in and could do every move immediately think of how bored you would get. People- did you ever hear of doing something consistently until you mastered it? This is a workout you should grow into. The moves are there to let you have fun and not get bored so easliy. If you can't do the moves march in place until you pick them up again. Also this is great for working up a sweat and a nice afterburn too! After doing the Windsor Pilates for about a year, I decided to try someone different. I have done Tracey York's workouts in the past and found them challenging but not impossible with repeat workouts. The presentation was slow at times but they can be fast forwarded. I really liked the workout and felt it was more targeted than the Windsor's. I will be trying some of the other workouts. Tracey and Michelle worked well together and taking turns made it easier to get to "know" both the instructors.
