"Are you okay?!"

This review is going to be a little biased because I first saw this movie during my junior high days in the mid 1990s. At the time, fighting games were the rage from Street Fighter to Mortal Kombat. Enter the world of Fatal Fury. Fatal Fury one was actually released before Street Fighter II, and often gets overshadowed by the Ken and Ryu franchise. In terms if animated movie production though; Terry and his crew of Andy, Mai, and Joe would defeat Street Fighter Incorporated in a KOF style match-up 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days during the year.

This movie was first released in 1994 and followed in the footsteps of the two Fatal Fury OVA's "Mark of the Wolf" and "New Battle." The story chronicles the journey of power hungry entreprenour ... Read More

Fatal Fury is martial arts at its finest. Dramatic storyline, good dubbing, good soundtrack, and good fight scenes; what more is really necessary? The story can get kind of corny with Terry's "bird in a guilded cage" speech, and the story can definitely be called generic. Nonetheless, Fatal Fury is a worthy addition to one's anime collection, and essential to any fighting game fan.

I enjoyed this the most out of the three! I loved the little boy Tony! And, can you belive that even Mai was good in this? Given note: Mai is quite good! She is very adoroble in the games! And boy, not to mention her in the motion picture! Boy, did that ever suck! Like, was someone trying to make Mai into a Hentai girl or something? Plus, she didn't even really fight! How could they do that to such a cute, loving, and pretty character? Well anyway, at least I liked her in this one! And, what also makes better then her in the motion picture is, when she was taking a bath, she was all covered up. And, didn't do anything but think about Andy, and plush! Plus, Mai fought Laurnce Blood so well, she almost beat him! Now that's my kind of girl! And man, I just loved seeing Andy geting hooked, sitting at the table ... Read More
