The entire Dirty Pair series is exactly what most people expect of animated programming, light-hearted, action-packed, empty-headed comic relief. Each episode is a comic romp of high-spirited hi-jinx. Does this sound more like a cartoon than modern anime? It's interesting to see an anime show named "Dirty Pair" to get more guys to buy the dvd having them think they'll see some naughty girls, this show does have brief nudity but nothing sexually. It's just two special agent girls name Kei & Yuri who can't never get along like any childish dram queen little girl but anyway when it come to business they always work together. This collection has 3 dics the third dics I guess the Japanese back then were inspired by our American cartoon "Inspecture Gadget".

Breezy action and humor are what draw some people to the Dirty Pair series but the first episode on this tape goes into somewhat somber territory. Trouble Consultants Kei and Yuri are sent to a planet where a long-running civil war seemed like it was starting to come to an end. Hostilites have flared up as five black-clad commandos have been shooting up the rebel faction and blame has been pinned on the government. The same government has called in the two Consultants to prove that the mystery men are not government agents. A shocking discovery is made in the jungle and at the end, Kei and Yuri engage in a rather dark ending.
