I would recommend this to anyone--man or woman--who has not laughed in a day or so. I am 60 and enjoyed her work and played it for adult women in their 20's and they appreciated it as well.

I watched Hobo's Christmas on TV one year and I thought it was pretty good and had a great cast, especially Bernard Hughes and Gerald McRaney. It is a Christmastime movie that has some sad scenes but nothing too melodramatic or sappy and all in all it has a great message about love, family and forgiveness perfect for the Holiday season!

All Americans should not only read this book, but realize the bad habits that the great American diet has caused to their bodies and this planet. Parents must read this book before forcing milk, milk products and meat products down the throats of their children. Had I read this book 7 years ago I might not be suffering with severe osteoporosis due to forcing dairy products into my body to give me enough calcium to build my bones...Instead, my bones have been depleted of the calicum that it needed. I find this video in line with other informational psychology videos. It provides a broad overview of EQ. Some of the information is TMI for most audiences--the video is 45 minutes long. For the price, it's a good introduction to emotional intelligence. I also use the BRAINS! video which, though it's far more expensive, has a faster pace and more engaging content (Hollywood movie clips and such). BRAINS! also comes with hours of activities to lead a group, so I imagine that's part of why it's so pricey.

I have all 4 of Loretta's videos. They all make me feel good by laughing. I play about 15 minutes of them in the Chronic Pain Support Group I facilitate and we have a great time. It seems people age 32 and younger don't enjoy her as much as those of us in our 50's and older. I find that I can watch this tape at any point-beginning, middle near the end and it doesn't matter--I get a great message every time. Keep On Keeping On! I agree with her to stop Global Whining!
