This is the best tape in Tony's Target Training series, it hits the total body (except abs) in about 45 minutes although the video itself is about an hour. The first 15-20 minutes are spent demonstrating each of the exercises that are in the workout, which is good for those that may be unsure how to do them properly. Tony has 2 exercise model assistants who demonstrate.

The first part of the program is the active warmup, which is basically marching in place for a few minutes, followed by static stretching which is a little more thorough. I personally would have liked to have seen the warmup itself be a little longer but one could always start their warmup earlier during the demonstrations. I have to say, i read the reviews before i purchased this video and was torn as to whether or not purchase it. However, for the price of 25 cents for a used one, or 82 cents for a new one, i figured i couldnt go wrong.

This tape starts out with about a 5 minute intro to the basic moves and how to perform them correctly to achieve results. Then it moves into about a 5 minute warmup, about a 15 minute workout and then a 5 minute stretch. Overall, this is a good workout lenght for those days you dont have time to spare.

Well, maybe this workout was okay 10-years ago. But after years of yoga and pilates to work my abs, this form of ab exercise is beyond awful! Not only does he give very little tips on proper form, he's annoying as heck. The worst is that your neck totally strains from the quick reps (at least mine did, and yes, I was doing it right). If you had no background in fitness and/or were just starting an exercise program, you could really hurt yourself. My advice to you: don't waste your time or money on this one!

I love every workout that Tony Little has put out on the market. The exercises are easy enough for anyone to do and they are effective. I like to get a good workout, but not feel like I am going to have a heart attack or collapse, and Tony Little's workouts do not make me feel that way. A definate must in everyone's regimine.

This workout is great for losing weight, building muscle, and stengthening the heart. I have been doing this tape for 9 months with huge benifits. I have lost 25 pounds and added about 10 pounds of muscle to my frame. My heart is in great shape - I have gone up 13 flights of stairs (no problem), and one time I had to shuttle loads of equipment up four stories.
You will sweat durring this video. I usually consume 2 quarts of water before durring and after doing this workout (many toxins only leave the body in sweat). This workout is also a great stress releaver whenever I hit hecktic times.

Great workout video.One of my favorites.I saw results in just 2 weeks. My favorite part of the video that worked for me was the upper body exercise and leg work. You might have a hard time catching up at the begining but after a couple of workouts it will be a piece of cake. Hope you enjoy your workout as much as I did.
