An excellent workout that I used throughout my pregnancy, up to two days before delivery. As other reviewers have explained, it is broken into several sections so you can do as much or as little as you like. Very easy follow I am aware that FitMama has been criticised for being repetitive - this was a bonus for me as my brain went AWOL during pregnancy. A safe, enjoyable workout that produced a light sweat and I didn't have to think too much about it!

After doing Fitmama Prenatal with Leisa Hart, I have become a big fan of hers because of the great ease I had with my pregnancy and delivery and I owe it all to my great motivation I got from her and the workouts in Fitmama. Now, I have enjoyed her Postnatal video, the workouts are short and to the point and I got my bouncing back. I have gained alot of strenght doing this video and am now doing some of Leisa's other great videos and I feel like she is the angel that has saved my body and rekindle my marriage and my husband is glad I am now doing some many of Leisa's workouts, I feel great and look better than ever and it's because of Leisa Hart's strong and sincere encouragement she offers in her workouts.

i enjoy seeing other moms having fun with their babies, and seeing a fitness star like leisa hart doing something with her little boy made me feel good. i enjoyed seeing the human element that is sometimes lost when you buy a video, this is a neat video with cute ideas to have fun with the baby, and i really enjoy seeing my better giggle and goo at the tv set while moving with me, its a blast.

I bought this vhs at a local thrift store for $.50! I am a step fanatic and am always looking for great routines. This one has it all, cardio with sculpting with a band, and an ab routine at the end. She also finishes with a nice long stretch at the end. During the workout she is so encouraging and upbeat. The moves are easy to follow, and fun! I combine this with my other step work outs, and weight training. I do workout with weights too, but I love the band work. It gives you those long, lean muscles! I just have to say thank you to Leisa, because she is awesome! She makes you feel like you want to work out. This is a great one for variety, for begginers, intermediate, or advanced. An all over body work out in less than an hour??? I'll take it!

This is an excellent blend of ab training and aerobic fat burning. Leisa Hart is the Ab Guru, she was then and is now, she is the best and this video is great.

This workout, led by Leisa Hart is 40 minutes of upper body and ab work. It is very complete in hitting all the muscles and Leisa provides excellent instruction and form pointers. All you need are a set of dumbells, Leisa used 3 lbs, I used a set of 5 and 8 lbs. After a brief simple warmup, you do arm work in a standing position. You will do 2 sets of 8 reps of double arm rows, the first set with the left leg back, second set with the right. Then you will do a set of 16 bicep curls before moving into chest presses, again 2 sets of 8 reps, one set with the left leg back, other set with the right. I started my series with Abs and Buns of Steel 2000 and soon added this to my list because the 1st one I got was so fun. I love these 3 instructors together. They really have a great fun workout. It may take a few tries to catch on but once you do it is so much fun. I enjoy the fact that they each do their own routine, each working different muscles. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

This is an all-time favorite of mine, the full leg toning was very precise and effective. The cardio was great, and this mad emy body look and feel alot better. This is a very good classic workout, as are all of Leisa Hart's new and old videos. Very good stuff!
