Purchasing this video is a repeat offense on my part. My original 1987 tape wore out, and even though I probably have the routine memorized, I am purchasing this product again for the entertainment value that comes from watching Greg in action. I agree with previous reviewers -you absolutely feel a difference when you do this routine.

I LOVE this video and need to do it more often! My problem now is I have 2 little boys and when I get on the floor to do it, they want to get on top of me. BUT, if you don't have that problem this is for you. It has different levels of excercises, so there is something for the "new ab excerciser" and those with strong abs already. If your just getting started, workout 1 is the easiest and best for you, but don't be surprised if you can't get through the whole 10 minutes- it's hard, but you will see a significant increase in how much you can do within a week. She is great about reminding you to keep your lower back on the floor and doing the excercises correctly.

I have been taking yoga classes for some time and have a few of Rodney Yee's tapes. He has a quiet, soothing manner and the scenery is lovely. The only problem that I have with this and some of his other videos are that sometimes when he is coaching the viewer's breathing, he neglects to follow through.

I admit I was skeptical of a product that promised results with seemingly so little effort and the first time around when I tried it, I didn't see much results beyond feeling a little stronger. But then my husband and I tried it together along with a cardio program (20 min. a day) and I lost an inch and half in a matter of less than two months. It is not magic, but it works if you do it properly and do cardio on the side to burn fat. I have had chronic back problems and this has helped a lot with strengthening my abs and my back. Worth every bit of effort and time and then some.

I finished doing this video for the first time exactly one minute ago, so I can't testify yet for long-term results. However, I have to say that I found it amazing. I have knee problems, and I liked to see that Kathy Kaehler not only made sure that each exercise (especially lunges, squats, hamstring stretches) was done in a way safe for the knees, but she repeatedly reminded me of the proper ankle-knee alignment. I love floor leg work, and this is the most intensive I've ever experienced. The entire series is amazing. I had them on VHS and got rid of them once we converted to dvd. I would love to buy these again, but who has a vcr any more. Anyone know where I can get them in dvd...I'd buy the entire series today. Serious serious workouts.

Please, Please put these four Claudia Schiffer Perfectly exercise tapes on DVD. VCRs are outdated and if one goes out I am 100% certain that no one will buy another one. I agree with everyone. PLEASE put these on DVD. Surely you can do that!

A great yoga video for beginners although the edition that I received has an extra 10 minutes of breathing exercises added to the beginning that the original version did not have. The original got right into the physical workout after about three minutes of breathing and centering. Some beginners may find the longer period of breathing a bit tedious and want to skip over some of it.
