I have three Susan Powter work out tapes that I really enjoy. I love her enthusiasum and high energy. She encourages everyone to modify and build thier own strength at their own pace. She reminds me to breath, suck my stomach in whether I feel it or not! I have fit back into my summer close by just firming up through her work outs. Two of my sisters also report they have lost inches by doing the Susan Powter workouts. Thank you Susan!!! Glad to see you have made a come back, and are looking GREAT as ever.

I got this tape as a present for my birthday.I think it is a really good yoga tape.Jane Fonda really makes yoga fun and easy.This tape is ideal for experienced yoga people as it is for non-yoga people. Jane Fonda goes through every move very carefully.I felt really realxed and stretched out after this tape.It is real good stress reducing tape.It is really good for flexibility.Jane`s Sun Salutation routine really gets the flexibility going.After you are none with this tape you will feel great.It is actually one of my favorite yoga tapes.Really good for people who don`t know about yoga and want to start doing it.It is also good for people who do alot of stregth training and aerobics.I guarantee you`ll love this yoga routine.

I watched T&D get sixes across the board for Bolero, back in 1983 in England. It made me cry. Although there are too many "talking heads" and not enough skating on the video, what there is, is wonderful. I purchased a tape which the seller said had only been viewed twice,(why?), and the quality was excellent for a recording more than twenty years old. Now I have to get "Face the Music". I am so glad these tapes are still available.

If you cant learn golf from these videos you shouldnt even attempt to play the game. Though the audio portion of these videos is a bit dated, (Jones speaks like hes reading from cue cards) the fundamentals are here. I have tried to emulate his swing but of course thats impossible, im not that flexible. The short game portion is excellent, very easy to understand, Jones explains as best he can how to execute certain shots, very good teaching aid. Recommended to all golfers who want to improve there game....I like the Cybervision part of the video, repeated swings of Jones from different angles, slow motion and at real time.... music is very eerie sounding..... He was the greatest, (Tiger wouldnt have stood a chance)

This video just plain rocks! I started using this tape when I was 18 and got amazing results. I am now 31 and still come back to it when I need to lose weight and tone up. It's SO effective, but not too hard that I injure myself. I always have sore knees after doing the Firm. There are no lunges in this video which I love. The cardio is TOUGH and makes my lungs burn and the toning is just perfect. Lots of arm work so be prepared. This is a great tape to get your butt in shape and have fun at the same time. LOVE IT!!

Having grown up with the AFL in the late 60's, hearing Curt Gowdy's call of this game is a great way to relive those fall Sunday afternoons. My only complaint is NFL Films' production of the video could have been better. Since Curt Gowdy's calls were recreated, the calls sometimes give away what happens next. Also, when Gowdy is talking about Unitas as "one of the greats" they show a close-up of Earl Morral. Finally, the fake crowd noise was distracting. Minor points, but enough to stop me from giving it five stars. On a positive note, this approach to the game, showing most all of the plays in sequence, is a lot better than the typical highlight video.

I had this video years ago but didn't keep it. I decided to get it again adn revisit it. I am an intermediate exerciser who primarily uses The Firm. I was pleasantly surprised by this routine, it's a good strength workout! Susan is joined by her friends, all shapes and sizes ready to pump iron. You start out with a simple warmup, lots of step touches, hamstring curls, knee lifts, etc. along with arm movements. Then it's time for strength training, you will do 3 sets of 10 reps for most of the exercises, a couple you will only do 2 sets. All of the exercises are performed in a 2-2 count. Susan and friends use one set of dumbells which appear to weigh anywhere from 1-5 pounds, one of the exercisers doesn't use weights at all.
