I got this tape as a present for my birthday.I think it is a really good yoga tape.Jane Fonda really makes yoga fun and easy.This tape is ideal for experienced yoga people as it is for non-yoga people. Jane Fonda goes through every move very carefully.I felt really realxed and stretched out after this tape.It is real good stress reducing tape.It is really good for flexibility.Jane`s Sun Salutation routine really gets the flexibility going.After you are none with this tape you will feel great.It is actually one of my favorite yoga tapes.Really good for people who don`t know about yoga and want to start doing it.It is also good for people who do alot of stregth training and aerobics.I guarantee you`ll love this yoga routine.

Can it be that the only DVD edition of this is for non-US countries? I think this film is brilliant. From start to finish, it showed the impact that one person can have with determination. It is a film in my library I watch at least once a year. What a crime to not have a DVD edition!

I had this video years ago but didn't keep it. I decided to get it again adn revisit it. I am an intermediate exerciser who primarily uses The Firm. I was pleasantly surprised by this routine, it's a good strength workout! Susan is joined by her friends, all shapes and sizes ready to pump iron. You start out with a simple warmup, lots of step touches, hamstring curls, knee lifts, etc. along with arm movements. Then it's time for strength training, you will do 3 sets of 10 reps for most of the exercises, a couple you will only do 2 sets. All of the exercises are performed in a 2-2 count. I would really love for the goofy studio who controls the rights to this film to once and for all release it on DVD like the fans have demanded! Personally, I loved this movie. Very typical Peanuts adventure and quite well animated in my opinion. Obviously, this was Charles Schulz's "trip down memory lane" as his beloved characters journey to a small town in France as exchange students. Along their journey, they experience sites and sounds of WWII including some of the music from the Hit Parade of the time, as heard by Snoopy and Woodstock while they drown their sorrows in glasses of (root)beer served on tap at the local French "Cafe du Sports." I bought this VHS back in 2002 when VHS was still selling well. I was really impressed with my purchase. If you want every Manson Video from Portrait of American Family to Mechanical Animals then get this in any form you can. It is a shame this is out of print and MM's record company has neglected to release this on DVD and not make it limited edition with a Greatest Hits CD. I tried finding the CD and it is also out of print. My VHS hasn't been played much as it is. It seems like VHS has been killed off in the industry as a standard and alterative medium.

i remember seeing this when it first came out .the MTV unplugged series was definitely an armature show till natalie and the maniacs appeared and i never even heard of them the track- because the night became an instant hit you can still hear it on radios stations almost daily (my other favorite was -like the weather )all the tracks were great and the band and natalie were on point this show put the unplugged series on the map and set the standards high it was also visually pleasing to watch but they didnt put it on DVD my other favorite was the nirvana episode no DVD either

Space Jam as a movie has always held a special place in my heart. Being 12 years old as of this review, I have to say this movie has aged really well. Starring a real comic legend in Bill Murray and an acting great, Danny DeVito doing a voice over; this movie was destined to succeed. The real surprise for everyone was the performance of Michael Jordan. Although not exactly Sidney Poitier he did his job of being the face of this movie and when you make a movie with basketball as the main focus, you couldn't not have Michael Jordan.
