This movie really touched my heart. The Cole family lacked communication skills in connecting with each other. Natalie Cole used drugs to num her pain. Also, Natalie Cole and her ex-husband truly loved each other, but the drugs ruined thier marriage, because they were not in their right mind. This is a lesson on how people who claim love for one another, that take it for granted, and wish they could turn the clock back. The Natalie Cole story is highly recommed by me.

Carmen is a hip hop remake of the classic film Carmen Jones. The film stars Beyonce from Destiny's Child as Carmen. Carmen is an actress trying to make it with the love of Mehki Pfefier. But Mos Def a dirty cop stands in the way. A lot of people love to trash Beyonce acting skills but I think she did an all right job here.

This is a good movie that tells an important story of our nation's history. I do wish it was longer. I enjoyed the acting and Robert Townsend's direction. This made me want to do some research on Randolph myself. This is a wonderful that's a must see.

Eddie kills you in both videos. I remember when you could hardly get a copy of those movies, and now you can get a copy for no more than $5 at the bargain table at Walmart. Nevertheless, Murphy delivers with a skit of him as a child entertaining(more like embarassing) his family with a joke at Thanksgiving as a child. Look for a young Tatyana Ali singing Frankie Lymon's "Why Do Fools Fall in Love", Samuel L. Jackson,Leonard Jackson and others in roles. Moving on to the movie, you cannot help but laugh your behind out. Talking about marriage and getting half.

Came in excellent condition as promoted on the website. Also arrived well within the specified time. Would not hesitate to purchase another DVD thru Amazon. BAPS is a very funny, sweet DVD about friendship and dreams. All the actors do a wonderful job and Halle Berry is hilarious.

This movie was a favorite of ours so we wanted to purchase it, Ving Rhames as a cross dresser is not a pretty sight for the eyes but he did some very good acting.

I almost forgot about this Robert Townsend-directed movie until I saw it on television the other night. What I do remember is that it was a made for TV movie that aired in 2000, and I did see it then. Not knowing much about Little Richard's background other than his flamboyant stage act and his classic records, I thought that this was a great introduction to the life of a man whom, in my opinion, never really got the credit he deserved being a pioneer of rock 'n roll. Those honors always seem to go to other acts of the day (Elvis Presley, Buddy Holly, Jerry Lee Lewis, Pat Boone - please give us a break!), when the REAL pioneers of the genre are mostly ignored or have been reduced to being mere footnotes in rock 'n roll history.
