Lion King is a story that can be seen from many good perspectives. It can also be alleged that it is not suitable for children, because of the violent scenes it contains. However, most of its content deals with the example of Mufaza to his son, example which lingers in his memory. That alone is enough reason to rate the movie as excellent. Besides, with a good review from the parents, this movie can leave much good in younger hearts about the realities of life. One of these is the sacrifice it involves to carry on anything that is of good report. All minds need direction, especially those of children. My advice is that parents, as they view certain scenes with their children, should make appropriate comments, so as to highlight the good in them. The movie is, then, appropriate for all audiences.

This movie is visually very very cute. Hugh Laurie is terrific as always. The mouse is darling. But the storyline does not resemble the book much, and I was much disturbed by the evil fake parents who come to take him from the adoptive ones. This is a movie for little children yet it shows Stuart being led to his death by his supposed mouse parents. When will disney stop making movies about evil mothers? Children can be entertained without being terrorized by such stupid ideas. Read the book to your child, watch a Wooster and Jeeves movie, enjoy Michael Fox in something else, and skip this one..

This is better than "Oswald The Lucky Bunny" (Wich Walt Disney STOLE for the design for Mickey!). It is just simple slapstick but that is all you really need in a Roger Rabbit cartoon. A very nice follow up to the origional. I would definitely recommend this to both the young and old in your household. This movie stars many great actors (both in person and voiced) including Michael J. Fox, Geena Davis, Hugh Laurie, Melanie Griffith, James Woods and Brad Garrett.
